I traveled alone to Prague, and booked a golden well two days before and after the birthday; this hotel is awesome! I also lived in A***. The service level of this hotel is no different from A***; as they say, treat their guests like kings.... When checking in, there was a welcome juice. The receptionist was very enthusiastic to help me draw a recommended route on the map; the uniforms worn by the reception staff were very classical and refined; Room11 is a 24-hour public service room with internet access and free coffee; the paintings on the wall are also great! I lived in Room14, and when I opened the window, I could see the famous green dome and red-top building; I could hear the bell ringing on the church; wifi was very fast; The bathroom is made of Molton Brown toiletries, an old-fashioned service provider for the British royal family; the bath and toilet are Duravit, the toilet and the toilet, the smart flush is very good; The hotel's restaurant has one of the best views of Prague, but it's very difficult to book, so make a reservation in advance, while enjoying the food while overlooking the entire Old Town of Prague, listening to music is really super enjoyable; but the price is also in line with the top restaurants in Prague; My birthday afternoon hotel prepared a birthday cake for me, it was really a surprise, the cake tastes great! I stayed in this hotel with my friend and we loved it. The rooms are so cute and nice and everything was cleaned really well, even the carpet floor. The employees were very nice and patient with us. Not only is the hotel amazing it’s also in a convenient location with the subway and tram right down the street and only a 30 min walk to the old town square. All in all really simple but beautiful nonetheless and it helped us fall in love with Prague and the people there. We will definitely come back again!

Awesome hotel! If you want to experience the European court fan, this hotel will never let you down! The entire hotel, whether it is architecture or interior decoration and furniture, is completely European court style, luxurious retro atmosphere. The hotel is ideally located, about 10 minutes walk from Castle Hill. The staff was polite and had a welcome drink and towel when staying. The breakfast was very generous and there was a wine tasting and cheese reception every afternoon. The customer relationship manager is very nice and gave a small gift when checking out. The next time I go to Prague, I will also prefer this hotel. Self-driving friends need to pay attention, because the hotel is on the edge of the US consulate, so the security check in and out is more strict, and the hotel can only be parked by the hotel.

Abbiamo pernottato per tre notti, avendo prenotato due camere. Ottima è la posizione, infatti la metro è ad appena 50 metri dall’albergo. Gli ambienti sono puliti e molto spaziosi. In particolare le camere, con ampio bagno privato, sono ampie, climatizzate, con moquette e frigo bar. L’ambiente risulta silenzioso. L’unica pecca è la mancanza di tende pesanti, per cui al mattino filtra la luce dall’esterno. Cortese e solerte il personale alla reception e alla sala colazioni. Riguardo quest’ultima, a mio avviso, potrebbe essere migliorata in varietà e qualità dei prodotti.

The rooms of all types are very spacious, super clean, with very comfortable beds and some of them on the higher floors offer the most amazing view of the city. Breakfast offers high quality food and big range of meals and when the weather allows there is a lovely quiet garden for you to enjoy your meal outside. The hotel itself is located in a very elegant area that gives you both the benefits of quiet and very safe place and easy access to the most desirable tourist spots that can be easily reached by the public transport as both the bus and tram stop right in front of it. But my biggest praise goes the hotel staff as they are the most helpful, welcoming and kind people you can wish for to meet while travelling. They really make you feel most welcomed and at home, are anytime ready to help you or give you an advice you may need on your trip. Those people are the biggest and friendliest professionals I have met through my travel experience and I can not thank them enough for making every stay in this hotel the most memorable and pleasant experience.

My boyfriend and I stayed for five nights. This has got to be the best hotel in Prague. The staff are incredibly nice and it seems as they actually love their job. There is someone at the front desk at all times and they are extremely accommodating, they gave a lot of useful information about the transportation, security and good places to go. They will also gladly make reservations for you. There are also umbrellas you can borrow, which is a nice touch. There is a top rated restaurant in the building, were you get a discount. The hotel rooms are big, clean and beautiful, it has got high ceilings, a safe and a cheap minibar. The last day, we got a bottle of wine. Staying at Hotel Schwaiger made our trip to Prague perfect, we deeply recommend this hotel and we will definitely return!

The location was great. The castle/palace was just 10 minute walk up the hill. Down the hill was Charles bridge, which is a pedestrian bridge that connects to old and new Prague. The history of the hotel was great, but if you need space the room we were given won’t work. It was very cramped. Couldn’t stand up on one side of the room. No drawers to store lingerie. On the other hand The bathroom was wonderful. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. Oh we had to hunt for plugs and no USB ports. We’d stay again but ask for a room like the picture🙂

Just returned from a really enjoyable 4 night stay at the Golden Wheel Hotel. Situated on the very picturesque Nerudova Strana in a quiet area of the city, half way up hill (so beware anyone with mobility issues). 10 minute walk to the Charles Bridge and 5 minutes to the Castle.(at the top of the hill). This is a relatively small and wonderfully quaint hotel with not very many rooms. We (2 couples) were in the top floor of the hotel with rooms opposite to each other. Rooms 411 and 412. This was perfect for us. Plenty of storage space in the rooms, large bathrooms. Room 412 had stand alone shower and 411 had a bath with shower over it. A kettle with a selection of teas and coffee available in the rooms. TIP if you are like me and enjoy English black tea then bring your own tea bags and purchase milk in a supermarket. There is a small fridge to store drinks etc. Hairdryer also available along with travel size Shampoo, shower gel, cotton pads/buds and shower caps. Staff in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. We were able to get directions/travel route and purchase our tram tickets from reception. Breakfast was perfect for us. Selection of cereal, fruit, spreads. Croissants, bread/toast, pastries, scrambled egg, frankfurters, cold meats and cheese along with fruit juices and tea/coffee. Lactose free and almond milk were provided by hotel. Breakfast was 8am - 9.30 am. We stayed over St Valentines Day and there were two little loveheart boxes of chocolates left by the hotel in our rooms. Very nice touch♥️ Rooms were very warm but there is an air con system if you need it.
