The service staff is very nice. The hotel is in an excellent location.
The room is super big, with two big beds, one bedroom and one living room, and a super big balcony. It is also very unique and beautiful, with the astronomical clock outside the window.
There are various restaurants and bars downstairs, and there are also special rooftop bars and restaurants on the top floor.
I highly recommend this hotel when going to Prague, it is good value for money.

This is a suite, Loft, on the first floor, with 2 windows, one facing the square, and good sound insulation.

The overall check-in experience was very good. Although there was a hiccup during the check-in👉the elevator malfunctioned, I saw that the front desk staff (eg. Adam) provided top-notch professionalism and service, which is worthy of applause. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the hotel restaurant front desk staff Susi for her warm and hospitable hospitality, which made our trip to Prague very enjoyable.
