Excellent service, Friendly staff, rooms are clean breakfast was great no complaints about service

Edelweiss met our needs nicely during our Pretoria stay this month. The cleanliness of the room, the location for our needs, the friendly & ever helpful staff, the view across the suburb - all combined to make this an excellent experience. We would recommend Edelweiss to anyone needing accommodation in Pretoria.

Was not impressed with this facility. I was going to cancel the second reservation I had after my first stay, but then had to keep it after I noticed it was non-refundable. I definitely won't be coming back. Pros: 1) in a nice area of Pretoria 2) gated parking area 3) swimming pool available Cons: 1) the smell of other guests smoking cigarettes or **** made it's way into my room a few times when I left my windows cracked to get fresh air 2) you can only choose between yogurt for breakfast OR eggs & bacon; I couldn't choose both, so I always ended up having to get more breakfast later. 3) the DSTV doesnt work in every room. (I stayed here twice, and it only worked in the second room I stayed in.) 4) one of the guest's German Shepherd X got aggressive and ran after one of the cleaning ladies, and she hurt herself trying to get away. 5) the shower doesn't have proper doors or curtains, so the bathroom floor ends up developing a pond when you shower. You'll have to leave your floor mat outside to dry in the sun after it soaks up the liter of water that accumulates on the floor after your shower. 6) the beds are very stiff and i woke up with a sore lower back every morning 7) i dont think they wash their decorative pillows 8) the cleaning staff would move my stuff around if I left for day. I understand the need to clean the surfaces, but it would be nice if they just put it back where they found it.

Room is very comfortable and clean with a minibar and coffee. Car was in safe parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. The area was very nice and safe. Breakfast was outstanding. Overall a very pleasant stay and will return.

I Had a great stay. Excellent venue. Very happy with the service and the friendly personnel. I will definitely refer people to stay there. Rooms are immaculate and in good condition. The area where the venue is situated is very quiet and provided a great nights rest.
