We have stayed there a couple of times in the past years but we were disappointed in our last stay. Staff in the laundry area were very noisy on most days and even shouting. Condition of room was not up to standard. Furniture is old and warn. Heater broken. Cleanliness not up to standard. Some reception staff were not up to standard. A few good and friendly staff. Shuttle service good. Dining area staff was good and friendly. Food was really good. Dining room was tidy and clean.

I was fortunate to spend two days at Waterkloof Guest House during August 2024. The accommodation was top-notch and I had the most wonderful Omelette ever. Best of all is their 24 hour coffee station.

Me and my family had a great overnight stay with Waterkloof guesthouse. Your service was excellent. And the breakfast the next morning was also excellent. We really enjoyed staying there. You will defnitly see us again.

R1595 paid for a back room, after it said "suite" Bad smell, after asking for a non smoking room Worn, sagging bed with stained linen. Old torn,worn bedside mats. Terrible cussing, uncomfortable, hard

We had our yearly departmental planning conference at Waterkloof Guest House. The conference facility met all our requirements and is ideal for small groups of about 26 people. Very beautiful gardens to enjoy tea breaks; facilities are neat and clean; friendly and helpful staff and the food was absolutely divine; so delicious. We had a very successful conference at the venue. Thank you to the management and staff of Waterkloof Guest House
