A couples holiday .. B&B booked. Hotel clean and fresh, rooms were comfortable (could do with a few more coat hangers and hanging space). Pool / sun-bed area a little small but many excellent beaches very close by. The bedroom was fine, comfy beds, cleaning services excellent. Breakfast was adequate and provided a good range / choice. Apart from the relaxed atmosphere, the best thing we thought about the Evelina is the cocktails made by Zac; he was a wizard with making sure they were perfect. The Eveline is in a perfect position to pick up the boardwalk skirting the area and away from the noisy ***** ☺️

Hotel in a lovely, quieter location, just got back from a 10 nights stay. Got there late on our first night, was put in the wrong room, we booked a superior sea view room with a large balcony, this was rectified the morning after! Think there is only 3 of these rooms on the front. Rooms are spotless and cleaned everyday day. Food, probably the worst all inclusive I have experienced, and I’m not a fussy person, really not much choice but didn’t go hungry, and it was pot luck if it was hot. Drinks, all inclusive finish at 10pm which is a first for me, normally at least till 11pm Main bar was never open before 5, so had to go over to the pool bar if we wanted an early drink before we went out. Late check out. Our flight was 11.30pm, Paid 60 euros to keep the room on till 6pm, brackets was cut off at 12, was offered a lunch voucher with a drink till 2pm, anything after that had to be paid for 🤷‍♀️ I assumed all inclusive would stand till 6pm at checkout, that has been the case everywhere else I have stayed and done this. Staff, Personally couldn’t fault them, always welcoming and friendly. Would i stay here again, probably not!!

This was our first visit to Cyprus and we loved it. The Evalena Beach was a lovely mid sized hotel in a lovely position. The staff were all very friendly, except for the barman who told us that we couldn’t have coffee, when others around us had it. Because of the language difficulty we didn’t argue the point and didn’t ask again!!! The food was plentiful and fresh and a good variety. A slight disappointment was the ‘sameness of the desserts’ which all appeared to be milk based mousse type desserts most of the time. As I have to avoid milk that meant that most evenings I could not have a dessert. The alternative was cheese which I also have to avoid. This would not stop me from returning to the hotel though. The rooms were a good size and very clean, and when we visited at the end of April there were always sun beds available. Every day we could see numerous staff making sure that the pool and surroundings were clean. The Jet 2 staff at the airports were very helpful as always. Overall, a lovely holiday.

Beautiful hotel with fabulous views but would not rate the room 4*. Very small, basic and was dated. The shower was tiny and you could hardly move in it, I’m only 5’4” and 61k. Also, not cleaned very well, got clean towels once in the week and the dirty ones weren’t removed.

Upon arriving at Evalena Beach Hotel our hotel experience from hell started immediately. We had paid for the all inclusive package and upon entering the hotel we were told there was no food available other than a warm ham sandwich in the room and one water bottle for two of us. One of the major grievances was the undisclosed termination of the all-inclusive package at 10 PM, a detail conveniently omitted prior to booking. This left us feeling deceived and shortchanged. When raising this concern with the receptionists they were dismissive and rude, who failed to offer even the most basic hospitality of providing food or water. It set the tone for what was to be a thoroughly disappointing stay. On a particular late return to the hotel, a simple request for water was met with astonishing refusal from the receptionist, citing absurd policies. Even the basic amenity of water in the room wasn't replenished during cleaning. Attempting to address these issues with the manager proved futile, as he displayed a shocking lack of empathy, dismissing our concerns and resorting to condescension and laughter. It was a profoundly unprofessional display, with the manager even resorting to air quotations to mock our grievances. Adding insult to injury, the dining experience was dismal, with limited options and consistently lukewarm food throughout our stay. To compound matters, the staff's behavior was consistently unbecoming of hospitality professionals, with giggling and smirking replacing any semblance of professionalism. Although, I will add that the bar staff were very accommodating, engaging and enjoyable to talk to. In conclusion, our collective experience at was nothing short of abysmal. The dismissive attitude of the staff, coupled with the management's refusal to acknowledge our valid concerns, created an environment that was anything but welcoming. I've never encountered such blatant disregard for guest satisfaction, and I would strongly advise against anyone considering staying at this establishment.

It’s nice enough, spacious rooms and bathrooms. The bar area is pleasant as is the staff. The breakfast was a bit low on quality but with lots of choice. However the narrow door to the food area makes it a bit of a bun fight when it’s busy. The pool areas ok but the pool is too small to actually swim and the area is east side so no late sun. Bring your own pool towels those supplied yuk. Overall good value hotel

To start we agree wholly with the review from Wrighty but would like to add the following: The staff are lovely very kind and helpful apartment from the elderly man who takes your drink order in the restaurant. He is rude and a bully he is constantly shouting at his staff in front of guests which makes you feel for the young person he is shouting at. All this goes on in front of guests which makes for a very uncomfortable atmosphere in the dining room. On one occasion I asked for a cup of tea with my lunch this man tutted and told me very rudely that tea was not a drink this made me feel very embarrassed. Food in the restaurant is at times unlabelled so you do not know what dishes are. The food is rarely hot which is a health and safety issue. We were all inclusive but at this hotel it is not what you would except. It is difficult to understand what is on all inclusive and what is not as there are no signs to say that ice cream, milkshakes, rolls and salads at the pool bar are included but crisps are not. Also the all inclusive ends promptly at 10pm (very strange). All inclusive is not free you have pre paid for it so on nights when the hotel has entertainment which finishes at 11.30 you are expected to pay for your drinks from 10pm onwards, bizarre? Two times a week at lunchtime either a violinist or saxophonist play they are both very professional musicians. The rooms lack one piece of fundamental essential equipment and that is a full length mirror it is almost impossible for a woman to get ready without it. A big thank you to our room maid, barman and lifeguard for their friendliness and help.

The hotel is is in a great location, within easy reach of the resort and beach. Hotel and rooms are really nice and clean, pool and surroundings are well kept. The hotel itself is very low key, nothing much for kids apart from the pool and a small area with a couple of swings. Our room was at the back of hotel which had sun in afternoon so was better if it was cooler. Just a couple of things that wasnt up to our liking. Even though the room was good, the towels were never white and fluffy. We had grey frayed ones, one was actualy in a bad state. On one of the beds the sheet didnt actualy fit, some of our bedding had holes in it too. Breakfast was ok but could have been much hotter. Bread was not of quality either. As the hotel got busier the breakfast food area became very congested... more people than space We only stayed BB so we cannot comment on evening meals. I have tried to be honest with my comments. Its a really nice hotel but improvments could be made x
