From start to finish our holiday was amazing. Odessa really is the hotel you want for a family. The staff are awesome, the rooms are awesome and the food is even better. Massive thank you to David the head waiter who baked my son a cake. There are too many staff to mention who have greeted us with such kindness and made our holiday special. However, special thanks to Laddy, Pederos, Christina, Vasil, Dametrie, Michalis, Andreas and all others involved.

Nice, friendly hotel. I would like to particularly thank David and Mihalis, the two restaurant managers and chef, Andreas, who looked after me and my various dietary needs so well and always with a smile. The animation team were enthusiastic and I enjoyed the yoga and aqua aerobics.

We returned to the Odessa for the second time in May after a great holiday there last July. The Odessa did not disappoint! ☺️ This time we travelled with my parents and our 2 young sons (3 and 8 months). The staff are brilliant with kids and make you feel so welcome so I would definitely recommend it for families. We found the hotel to be clean last year and this year it seemed even cleaner, particularly around the pool area. The food is outstanding at the Odessa. I am Vegan and my partner and mum are vegetarian and normally on holiday I end up eating chips, bread and salad. However we were really well looked after by the amazing Andreas the Head Chef and his team and ate beautiful fresh food all week. I wish I had taken more pictures! The food is so fresh, varied and very tasty. Andreas went above and beyond again. The food is why we returned again, we could not fault it. Even though he must be so busy, Andreas is so friendly takes such pride in his work and talks to the guests to see how they’re finding the food. The manager is also very attentive and present. In the restaurant, very high standards are maintained, it is kept very clean and the food is topped up frequently. There was a big improvement in the entertainment this year which was good to see. We had a lovely view from our room. You can not fault the location as it’s a few minutes walk down the the beach with great views on the way. It’s also very close the the main ***** in Protaras. The staff work really hard and are lovely, particularly in the bars and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we will hopefully be back in the future.

LOCATION: excellent location, a few minutes walk to a clean, safe beach but also a short walk to the shops and nightlife. Good for couples and families. RESTAURANT: we were on an all-inclusive basis and the food, the waiting staff and the chefs were by far the best we have ever had. Excellent variety, perfectly cooked food. Helpful, friendly and hard working staff. ROOMS: good size, very clean but could do with a bit of a spruce up. Extra sockets would be a recommendation and need a repaint, new silicone around the bath etc. Wouldn’t stop me from returning though. Safe is a very good size (and free) GENERAL: pool area is lovely, safe and clean. Foyer is vast with comfortable seating areas but the actual reception area is very plain and could do with updating to match the rest of the area. A hotel/area plan upon arrival would be useful but exploring is also fun. Reception staff could do with learning some customer service tips from the restaurant staff but they were adequate. Be aware that if you hire a car and intend to travel across the border to Northern Cyprus you need to purchase additional insurance at the border crossing (€20 for 3 days). The hire company will not offer any assistance if you break down, have an accident etc. you would need to get the car to the border before they will help.

Where to start! We came on holiday as we were getting married in Cyprus but wanted to stay at a different location to the wedding. What an amazing choice the Odessa hotel was! The hotel is absolutely spotless, it is so clean and well tended to and we noticed this throughout our stay. The food!! Is AMAZING! There is so much choice and is changed daily. Chef Andreas is the best! He would regularly go out of his way to make special desserts and foods for my children and would always seem so proud of his food which is really nice to see! The staff in general are all so kind and welcoming with a smile on their faces! Krasmir and Georgia from the pool bar were great, Georgia makes the best brandy alexander cocktails!! There is pool towels that you can change every 3 days so this was great as we didn’t need the towels we brought, a selection of floats by the pool for everyone to use which was a nice touch too. There was never a rush for us beds which was nice, this may be different in the summer months but we had no issues getting beds in the mornings. The hotel is right by the beach and the main ***** so there is plenty to do around the complex. The rooms were perfect and had everything we needed, an iron and board can be hired with a €10 deposit also. Cocktail menu was huge, drinks were amazing and choice of local drinks and beers were also so good. Only tiny improvement would be better entertainment in the evenings, this didn’t bother us as we went out on the ***** most days as our children are older but there isn’t much variety on the evening entertainment, usual kids mini disco but then a lot of quizzes rather than live entertainment. Perfect for us but maybe not for families that want to remain in the hotel. Did not want to leave this hotel at all and will definitely be returning! Thankyou Odessa ❤️

The Odessa hotel was very nice. We had to upgrade from the Antigoni hotel as that wasn’t open and needless to say, we are happy that we got the opportunity stay at the Odessa. The rooms were lovely, beds super comfortable and we enjoyed seeing the sea and pool from our room. The bar staff were a great laugh and very accommodating. We, as British Tea lovers, requested for some milk and extra tea bags and sugars which they were more than happy to give us as well as being very generous with their drinks. All the staff were super friendly, Especially David, our waiter at meal times. He was really helpful and very cheerful and done a good job at trying his best to make sure all guests were happy during dinner. After a few days of being there, not only did he remember who we were but he also remembered what drinks we liked to order every night! Amazing! Also, Big shout out to Margo and Alex, the entertainment during the days and evenings. My partner really enjoyed playing water polo and we both enjoyed the evening entertainment of live music and quiz games. As well as playing cards with them when the entertainment had finished. They were super friendly and keen to get to know the guests. Al in all, Thank you Odessa for a great stay Love, Megan and Ryan

i loved this hotel , it is beautiful. i was so happy with my stay , we had a room facing the protaras beach hotel (348) it got the sun on an afternoon , our room was nice , beds were so comfortable i slept great , kettle ,safe,aircon and a fridge which had water and 2 cans of pop when we arrived we also got a sandwich and an apple as we arrived late at night , shower was also great. the hotel itself is beautiful so clean , the cleaners do a great job and kept our room lovely , with towels everyday ,the food was lovely you could always find something nice to eat , the pool area was lovely too we chose to go on the grassy area away from the pool , nice and peaceful ,the staff are probably the nicest staff i have ever come across in a hotel , so friendly and helpful , the hotel is also in a perfect location too, so close to everything . i would definitely stay here again , and recommend it to people thank you all for a lovely relaxing holiday , hope to visit again sometime soon.

This hotel is fabulous and its fantastic value for what you get The room is spacious and the bed is comfortably lacks some decent entertainment but I guess you can watch what you want on the ***** We were all inclusive so drinks and water were all on tap but the bonus was the food which we thought was quite a high standard I made a comment about how good the chocolate pudding was to the chef and he said don’t go away to my amazement he served me and my wife our favour dessert now that is what I call going the extra mile Would I go back most definitely Thanks you Odessa beach we will see you next year

great location, very close to the sea and the city, delicious food, different dishes for dinner every day, nice service in the restaurant and hotel, rooms cleaned every day, we will definitely come back next year. Special greetings to David - all the best!

Returned from a great one week stay at the Odessa. Great central location for the beach and nightlife. Hotel was clean and modern. Room was nice with a partial sea view. The hotel is advertised as having a full sea view but this is not the case. At least 2 hotels have been built in front of the Odessa since these photos were taken. It’s not an issue but it’s not correctly advertised. I have added a photo to show the current view. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well every night. We did have to ask for extra pillows which wasn’t a problem. Bathroom a little small but functional with a powerful shower. We didn’t pay to use the safe, this was included. Could do with plug sockets by both sides of the bed, although there were uk sockets which was handy. Also the room would benefit from a full length mirror. Pool area is nice and plenty of loungers. There are floats, balls, toys etc left around the pool for anyone to use which is nice but looks a little untidy and not put away at the end of the day. We really enjoyed the food. Plenty to choose from and all tasty. We don’t usually bother with desserts but they were delicious. Coffee was decent too. There are a few a la carte restaurants included in the AL package at other hotels etc but we didn’t bother with them as we enjoyed the food in the buffet. Alcoholic drinks are as expected from an AL. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We didn’t see any entertainment at the hotel so we can’t comment on this. I would have used the gym but it didn’t open til 9am so too late for me and it was abit basic. We were able to use the shower facilities located inside the gym on our last day as we had a late flight. All in all we had a great holiday and would return.

I want to leave a review about the Odessa Beach Hotel, my son and I stayed here from September 22 to October 5. The hotel has a good location, there are many souvenir shops, mini markets, and also many cafes with a delicious varied menu nearby. The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable, soft mattresses, cleaning is daily. I would especially like to mention the Calypso restaurant in the hotel, dinners are held there. During our two-week stay, not a single dish was repeated, and everything was exquisitely prepared, tasty and high-quality. Chef Andreas Yianni personally supervises everything. professional in his field, 5-star dinners!!! Breakfasts - there is everything, omelets, fried eggs, potatoes, vegetables, pastries, porridge, cereals, fruits, meat sausages, juice, tea, coffee. I would like to express special gratitude to David Mitov for his impeccable service, efficiency, for his attentiveness and kind attitude towards all guests!Work at the highest level! Michalis Elia thank you for your hospitality and friendliness!!! The hotel also has a team of animators: Margo and Alex. The guys conduct various activities during the day, vigorous aqua aerobics, tennis, darts, and in the evening interesting programs with prizes, I really liked the music quiz and bingo! Guys, you are the spark of this hotel! My son loved the mini disco and fairy painting, a new picture every day! Many thanks to the Tsokkos team for a calm, fun, wonderful holiday!!! We have stayed at this hotel several times. This stay was more enjoyable than the previous ones. Good service and delicious food as always. The animation team was very pleasing this time. They work from morning till night, entertaining and entertaining guests. We rarely went outside the hotel, and we were not bored. Thanks to the Odessa hotel for the hospitality and good workers!

We just returned from the Odessa hotel. This vacation was incredible. We liked the food at the hotel, there was always something to choose from. Delicious desserts are also worth mentioning!) A nice room with a comfortable bed and a balcony. The animation team in the person of Margo and Alex is just magic. These two wonderful people made our vacation fun and active!))) We have vacationed in many places, but such fun and at the same time professional aqua aerobics has never been anywhere! They are always smiling and wish you a wonderful day. The hotel staff tries and copes well with their duties. The pool is clean and there are many sun loungers. Pleasant music plays near the pool, which creates a positive atmosphere. The hotel is located near the beach in two minutes and in the city center, which is a huge plus! Thank you for a wonderful vacation, Odessa!

Amazing food chef is fantastic nothing is ever any trouble puddings are amazing rooms are spotless highly recommend. Cleaners are very efficient and cheery.Everyday menu is at the door so you know what is being served. My daughter loves the water aerobics too would definitely return to this hotel.
