The experience is full, the location is enough for the city center but not noisy. There are no mosquitoes, and the shading is very good. 位置算出行方便，本棟樓有地下停車場最高收40元一天，旁邊有地上停車場最高收15元一天，但房間衞生很差，沙發底連礦泉水瓶都有，像是沒搞衞生，但提供了搞衞生的工具，衞生間花灑連掛的位置都沒有

1- 沐浴露和洗髮水都是假的，用了海飛絲等大牌的瓶子，實際上內容物和正版相去甚遠，兩瓶假貨倒出來味道和顏色一模一樣。導致我們住客幾個人當天洗完頭一直掉髮，非常乾澀。 2- 找客户解決問題，客户一直推脱責任給供應商，不願意承認問題。並且提出要給錢換好評，看不到店家改善的誠意，衹知道遮掩問題。

這次入住真是一場酣暢淋漓的體驗，十分推薦入住？？一進門就可以看到窗外特色房景，不愧為房景民宿。同時店家人也很好，秉承着環保節能的理念，節水節電，真的很令人敬佩。時間觀念也很強，不到點一定不讓你入住。我很難想象21世紀還可以看到這樣傑出的店家，民宿的描述也和圖片完全高度相背，一打開門就能有種眼前一黑的感覺，很不錯的體驗，下輩子投胎成海倫·凱勒，一定還來住！

初次來汕頭，選了這家帶loft 的公寓式酒店，房間最大的亮點就是大！大落地窗可以直接看海景！房間設施齊備完善，燃氣灶，洗衣機，冰箱都配備了！店家服務很熱情周到！距離萬象城很近，吃海鮮自助很過癮哦！

説實話，這個價格在暑假已經很有性價比。地理位置也很ok，停車也方便，小哥哥小姐姐服務肯定沒問題，提前來電溝通，添加微信，指導路線停車，推薦美食攻略。要啥有啥，有求必應。房間很大，還有洗衣機烘乾機，這個太重要了。每天阿姨還會來打掃，替換浴巾，丟垃圾。 唯一美中不足，沙發和其中一張床有殘留的煙味，和當地氣候潮濕造成的意味。但這個並沒有影響我們居住的心情。總體還是覺得性價比不錯。

位置非常好，萬象城10分鐘步行路程，出行很方便 房間乾淨，被子乾淨，一次性洗漱用品齊全，馬桶🚽還有馬桶套。 設備齊全，房間內所有的家電都是小米的，有投影儀 排風扇 洗衣機帶烘乾 燈具都是小米聲控的 窗外海景無敵 總之很不錯的體驗，下次來還會住，大家放心可沖
