This is the first hotel we booked for our Melbourne trip, it is absolutely stunning, large rooms, convenient facilities, feels more like a home than a hotel. Would highly recommend this place to a friend.

This is a very clean, cozy apartment. We stayed there for four nights and enjoyed the facilities.

We booked a superior two bedroom for 3 adults and one kid for 6 nights. Overall was good, more like self service hotel, if you need to arrange someone to clean your room, you will need to pay extra Aud 20 each time. The price was reasonable with such a spacious room, nice city view and facilities were pretty good. Will book again if I go to Melbourne again with family.

The accommodation was perfect. Clean and lovely , great view too. We didn't try the food but the place was very good.

Loction is nice as close to main station, restaurants, and shopping center. Clean and pool of roof top is neice too. But 1 asian front staff was really rude.she did heavy sigh with disgusted face when I asked about carpark and I didn't know about the time when i shoud to get out my car from carpark. Not professional. Better to train her customer service.
