Estuvimos alojados en el hotel por una semana y quería agradecer a todo el personal que trabaja en el hotel y sobre todo a Daniela que nos supo asistir en todas las dudas que teníamos. El hotel cuenta con instalaciones modernas, habitaciones limpias y confortables y muy buen desayuno buffet. No tengo nada malo para decir. Volveremos. Muchas gracias

Excelente ubicación, entorno muy seguro. Cerca del edificio Sky y mall Sky Costanera. Lo que te da la oportunidad de tener no solo un shopping sino un buen supermercado, si deseas pasar más tiempo en el hotel. En cuanto al hotel es tal cual muestran las fotos. La higiene excelente. El personal a destacar su amabilidad y la disponibilidad de contar con los recepcionistas responsables las 24 hs. Solucionan todo tipo de inconvenientes. Nos gustó mucho. Volveremos a ir! No tienen botones que te ayude con el equipaje.
Pero ofrecieron hasta una tarjeta para el transporte y nos dieron consejos para lugares a visitar que fueron un éxito.
También explicaron cómo utilizar el metro.

Excelente hotel para quienes no conocen Santiago de Chile. Está ubicado en un lugar espectacular y accesible para el desplazamiento caminando a las principales arterias de la ciudad. Está muy cerca del Mall Costanera Center, en la zona de Providencia. El hotel es tal cual muestran las fotos. El personal super amable y siempre disponible las 24 hs. Muy cómodas las habitaciones, rico el desayuno y tiene muchos espacios para desconectar con con mesitas y sillas, así como también sillones en el exterior. Muy cómodo y lindo. Lo recomiendo.
