It’s a great choice to stay in that hotel. It has chicken and a lovely balcony. Very suitable for home holiday!

They gave us the best view of the Cala and with all the possible facilities in terms of parking.

Upon arrival we had a problem with the air conditioning and they changed our room. There are quite a few insects inside the rooms, otherwise everything was great.

Very nice reception staff. Apartments with new and very practical furniture. They had everything they needed.

They may not be the best photos to show the place, but you can see the space of the room and the Mallorcan summer vibe that emerges from it. We got an apartment with a kitchen and its accessories, coffee maker, oven and dishwasher. A super comfortable and spacious bed, with sockets on both sides of the bed to charge both laptops and mobiles. Sink with shower, towels and shampoo/gel included. A spectacular place to spend a few days on the island. The facility has a swimming pool and tennis courts at your disposal. Very close to the beach and a beautiful cove. When we were there, only the Portocolom supermarkets were open, but right in front of the enclosure there is a Spar for shopping.

On arrival we were greeted and given a warm welcome. Please note €200 euros will need to be paid on a credit card or in cash. (Not debit card). We walked to the nearest supermarket (eroski) and got a taxi back which cost us about £9 with all food shopping for the week. It worked out a lot cheaper doing this. There is a beautiful little restaurant across the road called VistaSol which we visited a few times. Only eating there on the last night and we wish we did it sooner as the food was beautiful- service was fantastic too. Wish I had known a bit more about possible excursions in the area like boat tours. Would have been nice to see a bit more information advertised about this. We visited the market of Santanyí which is held every Wednesday and Saturday 10:00 - - 14:00. Highly recommend! Fantastic place to visit for food, drink, culture, music and home made gifts. We got the majority of our gifts this day as everything was so beautiful. Only issue was leaving the market. There is one area only known as the “taxi rank” waiting area. We Joined the back of the queue and waited for at least 1 hour 20 mins. It appears they have only a few taxis operating. If you can book a private excursion then I’d recommend this - it is honestly worth it though. Try the fresh olives when you are there from the main olive store! Beautiful. The pool life guards at the hotel were friendly especially the gentleman with the longer hair. He helped my mum getting out the pool which he didn’t need to. Always had a smile on his face : D Pros - it was quiet (maybe too quiet) Pool area was cleaned every day. It closed at 7pm They had no issue with us drinking our own drinks or snacks by the sun beds Plenty of sun beds to choose from Air con worked brilliantly in our room. Facilities were adequate for our stay Bed and pillows were very comfy. Cons- no bar open. No food available at the hotel. No oven in our room - just microwave and stove. Beds and towels were only changed once in our stay. No live music or entertainment Hotel has NO lift If you do smoke you will be asked to smoke outside the grounds when sunbathing. Handy tips - there is a spa shop located 2 min walk away from the hotel There is an ATM cash machine located right outside the hotel Highly recommend a travel card like Monzo if you are travelling abroad as it doesn’t charge fees when paying on your card There is a handful of restaurants on the beach front. If you want a front seat facing the beach they are often taken or reserved. Top tip - book one week in advance in busy summer periods to guarantee sea view table. If you smoke there is a cigarette machine inside the restaurant c’an Bernat. For the beach it was €18 euros for the sun beds all day. Think we paid about the same for the hire of a pedalo too which you have one hour to use it. Treated ourself to a thai massage (only 20 min walk) however do your research before as they are not as relaxing as we thought! Haha…. Be mindful if yo

Warm welcome from reception, great views from our balcony but rather noisy with deliveries to local spar shop think was everyday. Perfect location for a beach holiday, shops, and restaurants within close proximity. Bar on the beach had great vibes, views, and friendly staff. The only disappointment was the bathroom continually smelt musty and shower panel needed a clean, including toiletries holders. Also, the bar on site was never open.

Second time at this hotel. Had a great experience both times. No issues with smelly drains. Everything is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Very close to a beautiful beach so the pool is never too busy and sun loungers available. Quiet and peaceful location. Lovely family holiday and have had wonderful holidays each time. Worth booking at local restaurants as they get quite busy , but we always found some where to eat without booking. I didn't mind the bar being closed as it was nice and quiet in the evening and could sit on the balcony and relax.

Have just spent 5 nights here in a studio apartment for 2. The accommodation is fairly basic but is spotlessly clean and comfortable, and has everything you need. Comfortable bed, large powerful shower and a balcony with table and chairs. The pool area is clean and tidy, and the beach is a 5 min walk away, along with some lovely restaurants. Reception staff friendly and helpful, particularly Lupe who was lovely. Overall excellent value in a beautiful location for a quiet beach holiday.

Amazing place and wondefull service. We Stayed at Room 634 with amazing view just down to the Beach. They were very kind to us and very helpfull. We are coming back next year amazing location also with bars and restaurants just around the corner.

I really enjoyed my stay here and I probably would have given this a 5 star review. Apartment was lovely, lovely area, really short walk to the beach and nice resteraunts. Pool area was nice and it was really relaxing. However we had to give a 200€ deposit which we are still waiting for and it has still not been given back to us despite multiple emails. Very disappointing

We stayed here during the Easter holidays. The complex was fantastic. As it was the beginning of the season it was quiet, but the pool area was spotless with a lifeguard on duty all day. The apartments were exactly like the pictures. Immaculate inside. The kitchens were very well equipped with a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, hob, microwave & dishwasher. A cleaning pack was also included. The beds were comfy & the bathroom was excellent although rather small. Everyone at reception was super helpful. Literally 5 minutes to the beach. Local restaurants were amazing & everyone was very friendly. A very chilled out place and just what we wanted.

Noise reduction level : Zero. You hear absolutely everything happening in the other rooms, corridor and outside weather conditions. Cleanness level : Zero. Water stains and smell everywhere. Pictures below : wall and curtain. The building has difficulties to evacuate humidity therefore it is an unhealthy environment. Air conditioning was delivering a smelly air flow, picture below shows stains and dust inside, god knows what remains or lives inside the pipe. Black stains were found on one of the two white sleeping pillows and bed sheet, picture below. The studio’s floor is made of vinyl, better not walk barefoot on it as it is not cleaned properly. In addition to this non exhaustive list, the studio is “cleaned” only once every 5 days. That also means that you are given only 1 towel set for 5 days. It says a lot about their cleanness policy. We complained twice to the reception upon arrival, we tried 3 different studios, at the last one we understood that there wasn’t much of difference in the whole resort and we deeply regretted booking Pierre & Vacances.

We stopped off here for a few nights on our motorhome tour of Majorca. Lovely quiet hotel, very relaxed atmosphere around the hotel and the pool area. We stayed in a spacious family apartment, fully equipped kitchen, kingsize bed, very comfortable large sofa bed (hard to find these days) and a balcony looking out onto the hotel gardens. The staff are extremely helpful and hospitable. 2 minutes walk from the hotel you will find a good selection of restaurants overlooking Cala Marcel. Try Chiringuito Cala Marçal beach cafe. Excellent food and service!
