+ Great views from the apartment, location . - Low level of cleaning. The apartment was tired, all basic and in need of some TLC.

Lovely spacious room with stunning views. Unfortunately the upkeep and cleaning left a lot to be desired. Patio doors didn’t even lock and just had a safety chain which we were able to bypass ourselves from the balcony. I’m not sure what the cleaners did apart from remake the beds. Floors, kitchen and bathroom felt constantly filthy! Excellent location and has such potential if other areas are massively improved.

Room could do with a little TLC. Overall it was value for money. Pool area and pool needs a bit of maintenance. Balcony area needed a bit of full cleaning. Staff need a little bit of customer service. But nice quite place in October. Would go again.

This was our first self catering holiday after a number of years all inclusive. The accommodation is clean and sufficient. The shower temperature and pressure was fantastic at all times of the day. We had a spacious terrace with sunloungers, tables and chairs. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Jose in the pool snack bar works really hard, food was always cooked fresh to order, but arrived quickly and one lady lifeguard took pride in her job and was so vigilant when kids were in the pool, she mopped the floor throughout the day and my 14 Yr old daughter commented that they were the cleanest poolside toilets she'd ever seen. Pools were relatively quiet and no issues with not getting a lounger. All in all a really enjoyable holiday and we hope to return.

We had a fabulous holiday enjoyed every minute off our stay we are regular guests & love coming to the Lambrada Eldorado you never let us down, reception staff are lovely very helpful & cant do enough for you as all the staff that work there are, we always look forward to returning, we will be back

Me and my family stayed for 7 nights, the overall experience was really good. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was cleaned when we asked and we have a really nice location next to the pool. The problems we faced were the WiFi in the room and around the immediate area are not great, meaning you rely on your own internet. The tv in the apartment only had 5 channels which were all in Spanish, meaning if you wanted to stay in one night you were stuck for something to do and couldn’t watch tv, you can’t even connect your phone up to watch movies, we also were surprised that on the listing on jet2 it said the rooms had air con but they didn’t, only the front room had air con and it wasn’t powerful enough to keep two bedrooms cool. It’s a shame there isn’t an on site restaurant even though the jet2 listing says there is, it’s just a little pool bar and everytime we went the poor lady behind the counter was so overworked, potentially by other people who were led to believe there was an onsite restaurant. These are all things that can easily be resolved to make my rating from an 8 to a 10.

Love these apartments, great location great staff from reception to cleaning and maintenance, our favourite apartments, two pools cleaned every evening, gardens always immaculate, cleaning staff simply lovely and receptionist friendly and helpful.
