Apartamentos Isla de Lobos - Adults Only

Having been to this place almost every year for about 5 years it is now not a relaxing holiday anymore. Fine if you want loud music played at you all afternoon. Note if you are near the bar you can’t even shut your door and have peace loud loud loud. Benjy used to have the music playing at a civil levels. Most of the time it was quiet anyway. So if you have visited this place before and are thinking of rebooking you may wish to reconsider. Or bring some ear plugs. Most people do rebook this place so I am warning others it’s not the same place anymore. The new guy who took over from Benjy is very pleasant. It’s more like an 18-30 type bar every day. Shame as we will not rebook again. I guess others will follow suit. Music is fine to providing a background astmospere but it’s a bombardment. I hope the owners take note and why not ask the paying guests. A holiday should be relaxing. I notice that the guests don’t seem so happy here any more.

These apartments are adults only and in a great location in the middle of Puerto del Carmen old town and new ‘*****’. They’re very spacious and the perfect base for my husband and to take my elderly mother away on holiday and we all had plenty of room. The apartments are spotless and the communication was excellent from Aron, both before and during our stay. Room 13 on the ground floor was perfect for us and had the sunshine all day long with a lovely big patio are to relax outside with a book and drink! The only two slight downsides… the swimming pool was incredibly cold (although a great size and very clean) and - no fault of the property - but two of the residents played their own music VERY LOUDLY by the poolside when we (and others) were enjoying a peaceful moment. I’m not keen o; confronting people but maybe the staff should make it clear that personal music blaring out isn’t really conducive to a relaxed atmosphere and should be avoided. Other than that, I highly recommend and would happily return!

We stayed here from 17th of December until the 27th .The apartment was brilliant very spacious, had everything you needed ,very friendly staff ,cleaners were great .very quiet which was lovely and we met some lovely people great company.All I would say is the pool does to be warm ,other then that it's great and we will definitely be back.Also the bottle of wine from the hotel was a little gift.thank u all

No frills, not enough hot water, but decent value. Not enough hot water for 4 people in room, no-one cleaned the apartment in 4 days. Never gave us new towels during stay.
