We stayed as a family of 4 in early July and were really impressed by this hotel. We booked 2 third floor rooms which were well appointed and spacious. The hotel restaurant is the only option for meals in the immediate area, but serves excellent food which was great value. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful… our luggage was lost for the first 3 days of the trip and they went out of their way to make sure we could still do everything we had planned. They chased the airline on our behalf and even lent us warm clothes during the unusually cold weather. We caught piranha, saw cayman on Lake Sandoval and enjoyed seeing the beautiful birdlife. I would not hesitate to recommend Hotel Enai.

Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Freundliches & hilfsbereites Personal. Sensationell gutes Essen. Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Auswahl bieten. Super Lage am Fluss. Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet - gute Matratzen!

Pasamos cuatro días en Puerto Maldonado y siempre recordaremos nuestra estancia por el maravilloso entorno, sobre todo la reserva de Tambopata, la flora y fauna espectacular. Sobre el hotel, mención especial al personal de cocina, la comida es espectacular y se nota que la materia prima es muy buena.

Well organised hotel about 5 kms out of the town along a dirt road on the backs of the river. Very comfortable rooms , plenty hot water. If staying here the in hotel restaurant is your only option and meal choices were limited but very tasty and reasonably priced. Tour desk has about 20 choices if tours - found the tree top walk brilliant and sandilovan lake not so good ( maybe because we didn’t see many animals?!?). Hotel arranged airport transfer. Would not stay in the town of Puerto Maldonada. .

Hotel Enai was absolutely flawless. Great rooms, super helpful staff and excellent food. They helped me organise all tours during my stay which was through Hacienda Herrera and were all fantastic. From the restaurant, you have a beautiful view of the jungle and the Madre de Dios river which was really magical. Can not recommend highly enough.

Hotel muy bueno, integrado en una localización única, frente al río Madre De Dios. La piscina está frente al río!!! El personal es muy profesional y dispuesto a ayudar en todo. Y el restaurante es extraordinario (en mi opinión mejor q el de referencia en Puerto Maldonado), un lugar magnífico para degustar el muy sabroso y sorprendente pescado amazónico. Definitivamente un sitio en el q hospedarse

I was originally planning to go on a 4-day jungle adventure at a jungle lodge, but decided to stay at Hotel Enai instead and could not have been happier with this decision. The heat in the jungle is intense so it is incredibly nice to escape the heat in the air-conditioned rooms and beautiful pool. Plus, the hotel partners with a tour operator so you can book a la carte excursions that perfectly suit your interests. The food is amazing and the staff is friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Hotel Enai for your trip to Puerto Maldonado!

À un peu plus de 4kms du centre ville par une route peu carrossable. Environ 20 sols (5€) pour un taxi conventionnel. La moitié en Tuk Tuk (Pas pratique pour les gros bagages) Depuis l’aéroport comptez plutôt 40 sols. Sinon l’hôtel offre le transfert à partir de 2 nuits (L’arrivée seulement, pas le départ, ou inversement) Très bel hôtel au bord du fleuve Madre de Dios, en harmonie avec l’environnement, chambres entre 80 et 100€. Optez pour celles en hauteur, très belle vue sur le fleuve (Climatisation uniquement pour les chambres les plus hautes au 3e étage) Assistance pour monter les bagages si nécessaire. Balcon, ventilateur, wifi très performant dans la chambre et partout dans les parties communes. Superbe piscine (Environ 14m x 5m) pour se rafraîchir. Restaurant de qualité à prix raisonnable (Service très long cependant mais bon, on est en vacances !) Bar avec un Pisco Sour délicieux. Pdj inclus, produits frais. Personnel disponible et réactif. Un endroit véritablement charmant dans lequel se reposer avant quelques excursions (Organisation et embarcadère sur place) On a adoré.

Beautiful property and amazing staff. This is the perfect place to explore the jungle. Even though all the staff were so friendly, I want to mention Oscar specifically. If only every hotel chain in the world can read this. If you can clone Oscar and put him in every hotel in the world, I promise you that all your guests stay will be extraordinary. This man is a rare gem that you find in the hotel industry. No words can describe his hospitality. Thank you for being an amazing person and making our stay more incredible.
