The room we had had an amazing view, and the most awesome comfortable bed with the best pillows ever. The evening meal was a disappointment, and breakfast was plentiful just manic, with so many people and not enough places to sit.

For the past todays we haven’t had hot water to take shower, no AC, no water last night for several hours, sink is plugged, shower Handel is broken, , no wifi , have been able to take shower for the past 2 days . Horrible experience.

Excellent attention! The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was very varied, everything was delicious!

This is the third time I've stayed here. The scenery, hygiene and service are all very good. The front desk is on the 11th floor and the parking space is inside the mall, so parking is quite convenient. The hotel has added a water heater in the corridor so you can get hot water at any time.

Large comfortable rooms with beautiful views, very good welcome. Too bad there is no kettle in the rooms.
