Pleasant experience at Hostal Rufus, from the moment you arrive they give you a warm welcome, they make you feel at home. Every day they offer a very good breakfast buffet that consists of homemade bread, eggs, fruits, cake, yogurt, cereals, coffee, etc. Its facilities are air-conditioned. The hostel is located 3 blocks from the city center and 4 blocks from the bus terminal, it is well located. The rooms are spacious, with a closet and comfortable bed. I don't give it the highest score for noise, since they are building and also the walls are so thin that you can easily hear your neighbors' conversations.

Uma grande surpresa o Hostal Rufus.. EXCELENTE pra descansar de um dia de viagem… Cama e banheiro muito higienizados. Tudo muito limpo. Café da manhã muito bom. Com boa localização e internet sem interrupções.

Excelente hostal!! El servicio, los cuartos, el staff super amable y cordial (te hacen sentir como en casa), es central y cerca a la estación de buses. El desayuno muy completo, excelente el pan de masa madre y la gran variedad de mermeladas caseras. Súper recomendado para una maravillosa estadía en Puerto Natales. Hemos estado hospedados dos veces.

I wish I had more time to stay in Hostal Rufus. From the first minute I felt comfortable and at like beeing at home. It was a very warm welcome, the rooms are recently renovated and very nice to stay in. More important: the great family who runs the Hostal is very much caring and supported me a lot - in my case: I got sick and Michael supported me in an extraordinary way. Thank you again.
