Hey, so the Orchid hotel on the Mumbai-Bangalore highway is in a good spot, but it's not a five-star hotel by any means. It's a big place, but I'd say it's more like a three-star. Nothing to really complain about, but they could definitely do a better job with the landscaping and cleaning.

Good dine in services. Sanket and Sharif were extremely prompt and considerate for the specifications towards our food order. Quick service and good food. For dinner we had indian, dal makhani, palak paneer, phulka and rice. We asked for jaggery and we got it. For lunch we had chinese and they offered dessert too jalebi rabdi on the house.

Awesome experience, beautiful food, clean and neat rooms with genuine staff and good quality service, all the reception staff and house keeping staff is good and amazing, it is must visit hotel, superb experience all together , Ms vaishnavi and gargee assist me at c/IN.

It was very good and excellent Room cleaning and staff over here is very polite and understands what customer requires and the location of the Hotel is perfect on the highway which takes minimum time to check in. Overall Good experience with the staff. Nivrutti & Anand are the best at their job.

Room service: excellent Food: very good Extra activities: poor (no activity of entertainment, pool is under repair since years, not every person is fitness freak to hit gym) Cab service : bad . Out of 14 calls, only 3 were received. I had to walk from office twice as no pickup cab was arranged. We can understand about traffic or unavailability of cab. But there is a courtesy to receive call. Anyway that was improved later on but still it was fair and there is lot scope for improvement. Server for food: excellent specially Ms. Anita, vaishnavi at reception. Everyone was having smiling face and greeting including gate keeper.

Sankesh and his team made my stay at Orchid hotel a memorable adventure. The room being always made tidy, the required informations or inputs being delivered in time and precisely. The hotel and its environment is very refreshing, breakfast delicious.

In terms of service 5/5 for Abhishek. But in terms of food, quality can be improved. We opted for Buffet, but the options/variety were very limited. Quantity was good. Pasta was excessively salty, even after getting it replaced..........
