It was good experience of one day stay at the hotel. The only thing they need to improve is Hot Water arrangement. All other things including food is very good.

The room was clean, its mattress was great, the facilities were totally old but well maintained. Food quality was so nice.

The hotel and room are clean, and you will be provided with two medimix small soaps and two clinic plus shampoos. The service is good. The balcony is also spacious. Overall, it was a good stay. Room service is available 24/7, and you can get tea, coffee, milk, and sandwiches anytime. Hot water was available 24/7, except during midnight.

My room no was 110. Well maintained toilet. Bathroom, linen, bed pillows, well response from front office staff, and humble servants. Great. No issues. But no lift fecility. Total 10 rooms only ac. Other rooms all non ac.

I recently stayed at your hotel for the second time in the past three months, and I appreciate the services and amenities provided. My previous stay was with my family, while this time, I booked the room for myself for one night. Overall, my experience was smooth and comfortable. However, I wanted to bring to your attention a concern I faced during check-in. When I was allotted my room, the documentation mentioned Room 402, but the key handed to the staff assisting me was for Room 407. When I pointed this out, expressing my concern about the discrepancy, the staff member responsible denied any mistake and was unwilling to acknowledge the error. While I want to emphasize that nothing problematic happened during my stay and that all other staff members were courteous and professional, this particular incident made me feel uneasy, especially since I was staying alone. I believe that accuracy in room allotment is crucial for guests’ sense of security, and I wanted to highlight this matter for your attention.

Good quality of room service. Room maintained as good. Nice experience, really enjoy it. Also good quality of breakfast lunch and dinner provide in chip-pest prize. Hotel staff are cooperative. I give one advised to be room provide window for ventilation.
