The hotel is big and super nice The beach was not top I understood that the period was not the best one. In term of foods super nice especially the idea of having dinner à la carte. That changes front thé buffet The animation team is cool and you can not get bored Highly recommend for couples or family

The hotel's various payments require greater transparency, such as the extra children's meal charges, which cost a lot of money. Although the hotel agreed to refund the money in the end, it inevitably affected the mood of the trip.

The resort itself was beautiful but there were pros and cons. More cons than I wanted. Pool closed at 6 pm so no night swimming which left little to do in the evenings. Drinks were weak, drank all day long with no effect. Food was the worst. The buffet was terrible and was really our only option since the snack bar ran out of burgers, basically lived on chips and salsa the entire trip. The restaurants which you needed to make reservations for was a joke. The reservation app didn’t work so you had to wake am up at 6 am to stand in line until 8 am in hopes of getting a reservation. The service was not pleasant. Workers badly made eye contact with you and you always felt like you were bothering them when requesting a beverage or asking a question. The resort has potential if they stopped it up on service, food, drinks and entertainment.

I was most surprised by the quality of my room and the wonderful service I received at Riviera Punta Cana Eco~Tourism Hotel. For the price I paid, it was hands-down the best in the area and perfect for my long term stay. The room was so clean & was well-maintained throughout my 2 weeks. It was comfy, cool, and relaxing and the best part, I was only 5 minutes walk to the beach, perhaps 3 if I had walked faster. Yet I was on vacation and truly took in the natural beauty of the grounds, music & vibes, and the authentic culture of all who worked here. What a team! Breakfast started each day off wonderfully and came with my stay. There are specialty local drinks and of all the island’s dinner choices, I ate here more than any other place. The cooks I would refer to as Chefs as they are gifted with making every meal a satisfying experience. It begins with the precedence set by the owners as Marcos cooked fabulous meals also! There is a love that exudes for everyone. I observed special assistance being provided for all persons saying here as they truly are happy to serve making Riviera Punta Cana Eco~Tourism Hotel a most happy place to be! ☀️🏝

I was pleasantly surprised with the family, friendly atmosphere. Our first dinner we where greeted by a very friendly Mr Esequiel. He took our orders, gave recommendations to some of the foods and drinks that we might like and even helped me find a great place to propose to my future wife. Mr Esequiel’s daily, professional, kindness and warmth was something that myself and my fiancé looked forward to whenever we had our wonderful meals, drinks and desserts and of course his fellow colleagues were just as helpful. We felt like we where coming to have a meal with family there. My fiancé Marley and I will most definitely come back and stay here at Four Points Puntacana again. Ocean Blue is a medium size resort. Not small. Not huge like Iberostar. However it has lots of fine dining (5) onsite just like the huge ones. Their beach is perfect with lots of free cabana like shaded seating. Only surprise was our scuba shop was onsite but actual dive boat was 2 resorts down the beach at Iberostar. A 10 minute walk, no problem. This side of island a bit choppy for diving. Smoother on South side. Resort super clean, safe and friendly staff. More young families and older couples. No Spring Break teens! Highly recommend this resort for families.

Marcia and I had a fantastic time in early April 2024 at HM Bavaro Beach hotel. A few shout outs to the staff. The front desk staff Johanny and Johanna (day shift), Jeuri and Jose (night shift) were always friendly and willing to help. Ruber at the breakfast buffet and the Italian restaurant was also super friendly. In fact all the staff from check in to maintenance to cleaning were first rate. This is a small hotel on a great piece of the beach and the ocean view rooms really are on the beach. View from the balcony was spectacular. The rooftop infinity pool was sweet. There was never a problem getting beach chairs and we never felt crowded at this hotel. The cleaning staff are to be commended since the entire hotel is kept spotless through constant cleaning. A walk of less the five minutes takes you to multiple restaurants, shops and live music. To sum it up. Fantastic hotel, amazing beach, friendly staff and access to shops and restaurants made our stay memorable. In addition, the price of the trip was very reasonable. We would recommend HM Bavaro Beach to anyone going to Punta Cana.
