The hotel is big and super nice The beach was not top I understood that the period was not the best one. In term of foods super nice especially the idea of having dinner à la carte. That changes front thé buffet The animation team is cool and you can not get bored Highly recommend for couples or family

The hotel's various payments require greater transparency, such as the extra children's meal charges, which cost a lot of money. Although the hotel agreed to refund the money in the end, it inevitably affected the mood of the trip.

The resort itself was beautiful but there were pros and cons. More cons than I wanted. Pool closed at 6 pm so no night swimming which left little to do in the evenings. Drinks were weak, drank all day long with no effect. Food was the worst. The buffet was terrible and was really our only option since the snack bar ran out of burgers, basically lived on chips and salsa the entire trip. The restaurants which you needed to make reservations for was a joke. The reservation app didn’t work so you had to wake am up at 6 am to stand in line until 8 am in hopes of getting a reservation. The service was not pleasant. Workers badly made eye contact with you and you always felt like you were bothering them when requesting a beverage or asking a question. The resort has potential if they stopped it up on service, food, drinks and entertainment.

The room is newly renovated! But the design is not novel! Front desk service is average! The restaurant is not bad in the all-inclusive! The pool is good 👍! The sea view room is a bit far away! There are trees on the lower floors that are not recommended!

I was pleasantly surprised with the family, friendly atmosphere. Our first dinner we where greeted by a very friendly Mr Esequiel. He took our orders, gave recommendations to some of the foods and drinks that we might like and even helped me find a great place to propose to my future wife. Mr Esequiel’s daily, professional, kindness and warmth was something that myself and my fiancé looked forward to whenever we had our wonderful meals, drinks and desserts and of course his fellow colleagues were just as helpful. We felt like we where coming to have a meal with family there. My fiancé Marley and I will most definitely come back and stay here at Four Points Puntacana again. Marcia and I had a fantastic time in early April 2024 at HM Bavaro Beach hotel. A few shout outs to the staff. The front desk staff Johanny and Johanna (day shift), Jeuri and Jose (night shift) were always friendly and willing to help. Ruber at the breakfast buffet and the Italian restaurant was also super friendly. In fact all the staff from check in to maintenance to cleaning were first rate. This is a small hotel on a great piece of the beach and the ocean view rooms really are on the beach. View from the balcony was spectacular. The rooftop infinity pool was sweet. There was never a problem getting beach chairs and we never felt crowded at this hotel. The cleaning staff are to be commended since the entire hotel is kept spotless through constant cleaning. A walk of less the five minutes takes you to multiple restaurants, shops and live music. To sum it up. Fantastic hotel, amazing beach, friendly staff and access to shops and restaurants made our stay memorable. In addition, the price of the trip was very reasonable. We would recommend HM Bavaro Beach to anyone going to Punta Cana.

The cafeteria is very good, there are several restaurants, the service is very professional, I thought the first room had an odor and immediately helped me change to another room. The room is big, but the quilt is too thin, not used to it. Everything else is fine. Quiet and safe.

This review is for the UNIQUE part of Lopesan Costa Bavaro. My wife and I spent 4 nights in May 2023. We had an amazing time during our stay that was nothing short of amazing. Our butler Victor was amazing and made sure no question went unanswered, no request was too much for him. We spent most of our time in the UNIQUE specific amenities (Restaurant/Bar/Beach/Pool) – the breakfast and lunch buffet very tremendous, the food was great and there was something for everyone. We especially enjoyed the fresh passionfruit at breakfast. The service at the beach was great, rarely did we not have a passionfruit margarita in our hands. The restaurants for dinner (We did the Steakhouse, the French restaurant, the UNIQUE only restaurant and the restaurant where UNIQUE members don’t have to pay extra to eat at) where all really good – the food was always very tasty, the presentation was appealing to the eye and service was friendly and fast. The room was clean, quiet and we always came back to a perfectly made room after our time at the beach. We are looking forward to our next stay!

So far everything is okay, nice pool area, gym also OK. TV and WiFi disastrous. TV Problematic with the internet, very annoying because the internet was way too slow, one night even a total failure. Watch out for extras. For example late check out until 3pm costs 25 US$ plus 18% tax plus 10% service charge, madness???? And, beware of the misleading booking. Because Garden View rooms are actually on the side of the street - so no garden. Only pool side rooms have garden etc. Restaurant prices very very high due to additional taxes and fees.
