Our stay was fantastic! We were staying in the Royal Villa and the rooms were spacious , clean and exceeded expectations. Kudos to the housekeeping staff! But the star of the stay was the hospitality. We have been to so many hotels in India and this has been one of our best service and hospitality experience. Anadita at the front desk ensured a super smooth check-in and welcome. Urmila ensured warm hospitality throughout the stay. Subhadip at the bar is an excellent mixologist! Ensured delectable drinks every time. Mohit was so prompt with every request and made us feel special throughout the stay. Priyanka always served with a great smile! Every single person at the hotel ensured serving with utmost warmth and smile, felt like home. Every small detail and request was thoughtfully taken care of. The Rajasthani thali at the restaurant is unmissable. There are so many activities at the hotel - we just couldn’t decide which ones to choose from, during our stay.

Had a wonderful stay. The service was impeccable- Mr. Viman was just one call away 24*7 and helped us with everything including travel guides. Mr Mohit and Ms Urmila at the front desk were also helpful. However the service at the bar was just subpar with inattentive bartenders and slow service.

On the scale of 1 to 10 , I would rate this property 10/10. Overall experience was too way different compared to other 5 star properties. Coming to food, we experienced very tasty food before sun set time, as we dont eat after sunset. They have given us all varieties of Jain food which was mind blowing. The Hospitality is also too good. I would specially like to thank Chef Alok Kumar, Mr Ajay, Ms Vandana and Ms Priyanka for their hardwork and effortlessly serving us.
