After I agreed on the time, I went back to the hotel and found that they had not cleaned up yet. After another negotiation, the front desk actually asked them to sit in the lobby and wait for them to clean. I asked if there was another place to sit, and answered that the lounge is for platinum or above members. . I used the laundry service and said that the laundry will be delivered before 9 am on Saturday morning, and it will be delivered the same evening, and I will wait and wait for it to be delivered. Negotiated again early on Sunday morning, saying that weekends would be delivered on Monday. Go to the front desk to explain the search directly, saying that the clothes are found, and they will be delivered in a while. As a result, it was still not delivered on Sunday night, and finally I went to the front desk by myself to carry the clothes back to the room. The key front desk felt that these were not problems, which was very understatement. They all informed other departments, and other departments did not do a good job.
