Lovely place with easy access and nearby parking available. The hosts are very charming and helpful. My wife mentioned to Cristina her lactose intolerance and they were able to quickly accommodate her with nice options for a personalized breakfast. I really recommend the breakfast 😋 The rooms are very small but have all that you need. We arrived late with a lot of luggage and Cedric was very helpful. No TV and no mini-bar in room but enough choice of drinks in the easily accessible common area. Hosts are generous with healthy homemade snacks and juices in the room. Would have appreciated bathrobes and slippers.

My experience was great, although you have to know where it is. In our case we wanted to be close to our son's residence and it was perfect, but if you come to see Paris you have to know that it is far from the center and a 10/15 minute walk from the metro that takes you to the city The hotel is phenomenal, the room is very complete, comfortable and clean, the beds are super comfortable It has a kitchen with everything you need in case you want to eat in the apartment, you also have a supermarket two steps away The only The downside is that we stayed five nights and they only cleaned the room one day, we didn't understand why since when I hired it it didn't specify that such a basic service was not included. Breakfast costs €18, we thought it was too much for what it offered. Otherwise, the experience was magnificent

We had a FABULOUS 3 day break in Paris, and this hotel didn't disappoint! We had two family connecting rooms which were absolutely huge!! so you'll have plenty of space all the usual hotel amenities coffee maker, fridge, minibar etc. Super comfy beds and excellent soundproofing/blackout curtains we heard nothing the whole time we were there and it was fully booked! The hotel is immaculate and staff were amazing. We celebrated a birthday while in Paris as a surprise and I had mentioned this to the hotel prior to arrival and they arranged some balloons and cake which was very much appreciated. THANK YOU Its about 45 mins from cdg airport. There is a metro station literally on this hotels front door so we were able to get to everywhere we wanted with ease. Have breakfast here too there is something for everyone with a huge choice! Vegan Gluten free Halal. The pancake machine was a firm favourite. There is a lovely rooftop bar with a great view of the city. We would most definitely book this hotel again. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay special.

We couldn't recommend it more! We're a family of four and stayed in one of their suites... just amazing in terms of amenities, room was good sized and beds super-comfortable! The location was perfect, in the heart of La Défense, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. The Metro station is a part of the Paris Metro Line 1 (Yellow Line) was also just a short walk away, making it easy to get around Paris. The staff at Fraser Suites were incredibly friendly and helpful. Sara, in particular, went above and beyond to make our stay special. We'll definitely be back next year...

PERFECT location with easy access to the Metro station and a short ride into the city. I was booking for a Chinese couple travelling to Europe for their very first time and despite their limited English ability, they were looked after very well during their stay. My email to the hotel was answered quickly and although the hotel has no Chinese speaking staff available, they were comfortable throughout their stay. Breakfast spread was not as extensive as the couple had experienced in their travels around Asia so this was the only lesser comment that they had but overall, the hotel is highly recommended.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, and the only bemol is parking in the hotel, even the weekend, while not the outside in the city. Acceptable host. The Jardin de Saint Cloud exceeded expectations! When booking, I had read reviews complaining that it was far from Central Paris, which it true- its in Saint Cloud. So if that is a concern it may not be a fit. However, it was perfect for us! We were visiting friends in Saint Cloud. The Jardin allowed us to take public transit into Central Paris. It is across the street from the T2, a shot walk to one of the M lines, and a VERY steep walk to the L. We easily got to our activities in the city each morning and returned each afternoon in time to visit with our friends for the evening. The rooms were clean and far more spacious than I anticipated (we did book a suite). The pool was great for my 9 year old and breakfast was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful! If we are lucky enough to return to France to visit our friends again, we will 100% book here again!

Spacious room with good facilities for a family break. Comfortable beds, great wet room and good shower. Kitchenette with coffee machine, fridge, hob and microwave. Very quiet room and TV could stream Netflix or tv content for families. Less than 2 minutes walk to metro and in heart of Paris in 15/20 mins and big supermarket next door.

We had lived in this hotel in the last four days. Very satisfied we were with the staff at the reception, because it was very friendly and premature. We were also satisfied with the room we were awarded, but this was quite small for us because we had arrived with our 6-ji daughter and stayed in the room as well as after she had blown her air bed No more place. The table was very small and there was only one chair there. The area of the small kitchen was closed with regard to the herd. There was also as well as no skirt. This was differently introduced due to the hotel photos. So we stayed from the kitchen almost only the refrigerator. Not particularly good also found that despite our memory at the reception it was almost constantly forgotten to leave towels for our daughter. The bathroom was not very large but well equipped. The very big decline for us was that, calculated during our stay, the subway connection with Paris did not work because the railway was set up for several days. So, from a distance to Paris city center was about 30 minutes, about 60 minutes, to also shift 2 to 3 times. The hotel cannot do anything, but if you don't plan to drive to Paris on a permanent basis with your own car, you must take this point into account in your travel planning in advance. Summary: If you have no problem planning for travel to Paris for 60 minutes, this is generally a good and recommendable hotel.

The hotel is very clean, super quiet rooms and the staff are very sympathetic (the manager even put my bottles of water in the hotel's refrigerator for which they are cold the next day). The hotel has a very good price ratio compared to the cheap, sale and cheaper hotels in Paris ... I will return closed eyes.
