BEST OPTION TO STAY WHILE VISITING PUTRAJAYA. ALWAYS MY CHOICE OF HOTEL WHENEVER I HAVE WORKS IN PUTRAJAYA. STRATEGICALLY LOCATED. SURROUNDED BY CONVENIENCE SHOPS AND A SUPERMARKET. LOCATED IN A MALL. AMPLE PARKING AT THE BASEMENT. GOOD FOOD IN CITRA RASA. FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF.

I booked because I have a course at KPM. Easy access from KPM to this hotel. Walk only through Alamanda Mall. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. There is only the noise of children's voices from the next room which is quite disturbing. Everything else is ok. I will come again later. Thanks!

My children loved playing in the swimming pool and kids’ room. The room was quite spacious, but I think they could improve by cleaning the dust a little better. The breakfast was super delicious and very family-friendly, perfect for both mothers and kids. Pool for adult very huge and beautiful scenery.

Room is nice and comfy, very nice view from the balcony and very great for the price. Just that some of the walls in the room got scribble marks maybe from a previous guest children. The hotel should get that cleaned. And the check in is a tad bit late, around 30 mins past 3pm which is the check in time. Not a big issue but could be improved. The breakfast selection in the cafe is okay, maybe could be improved as well. All in all a great stay 👍🏻

Couldn’t check in and stay due to appointment postponed. Hotel not allowed to cancel neither modify date of check in.

Excellent before n after sales service! Very friendly n clear instruction before accommodation. Giving extra time for late check-out too. Clean and spacious suitable for family n friends gatherings. We have realized accidentally left our item the next day after check out but the host putting extra effort to search it n willing to courier it back to us without any charges ! Thank you very much! We had a good time there!
