Putrajaya Marriot is a really great hotel with very good facilities. The swimming is great for kids with a water play area with slides and other water activities. The breakfast was good with quite a wide list of food available. The only downside is that most of the food remains the same throughout. It is not that far from IOI City Mall so its location is quite good.

I just stayed at Moxy Putrajaya, right next to IOI Mall, and honestly, it was awesome. From the moment I arrived, I felt totally recognized – the crew called me by name which made a huge difference and made me feel right at home. The room was spotless, with loads of thoughtful touches in the amenities that made my stay super comfy. But the real highlight? The people! The crew was all about fun and super friendly vibes. I met Dharmen at the bar and chatted with a couple of trainees – their energy and engagement were off the charts. They made sure everyone was having a good time, recommended some cool spots to check out, and really went the extra mile to make my stay special. The whole a**osphere at Moxy is both lively and chill, perfect whether you’re there to relax or looking to mingle and have a good time. Thanks to the Captain, for organizing all this. Can’t wait to go back to Moxy Putrajaya. If you’re looking for a place with fun vibes and thoughful spirited people, this is it. Totally recommend!

The hotel was nice,the room was comfortable for short stay,but the toilet smell urine like didnt properly cleaned,the towel is also stinky,and the pillow is terrible,should replace it,but i like the free flow water dispenser

VEry clean to comfort hotel. But not so much facility around. The food is very yummy especially the Aglio-olio spaghetti and mushroom soup and people are very nice too.

**Review of Park Inn Hotel** I recently stayed at the Park Inn Hotel and found it to have a lot of positives. The location is excellent, conveniently close to major attractions and public transportation. The amenities are great too – the rooms are well-furnished, the fitness center is well-equipped, and the breakfast spread is delicious. However, there were a couple of issues. The toilet in my room had a persistent unpleasant odor, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the soundproofing of the rooms could be improved as I could hear noises from the adjacent rooms and hallway. Despite these drawbacks, Park Inn Hotel offers good value for its location and amenities. If they address the toilet odor and soundproofing issues, it would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Its a pleasure staying here located next to DPulze shopping center mall which easy to do what u want food movies or else. Room was ok quite spacious and have kitchen. provided with kitchen appliance. Easy parking per day is rm5. It also comes with roof top swimming pool. Overall satisfied with this stay. My only complaint is the room is not perfectly clean, i can barely see dust at specific area and another thing is im not requested house keeping when im going out, but after coming back my room was completely has been tidy up luckily there's no valuables things was missing at that time. Till Next time will come again because of hospitality of this hotel was so good.

Our experience started out fine, we were given cookies at the reception by a very friendly receptionist. The property is huge but dated. Walking from reception to our room (in another adjacent building) is ok but there is no shaded walkways, it’s all open air and subject to the elements. The room itself is average, we had booked two rooms facing the lake. The cleanliness however is appalling. We found a dead cockroach under the bed, the toilets were clean but because it’s all black tiles, you can’t really see the dirt unless you look closely; the shower doors weren’t properly cleaned, there is moss and old, icky dirt stuck at the corners. Water pressure to the bidet is low, which basically makes it pointless to have. There’s food flies lounging around the room, possibly from food that was consumed by the previous guest. We had ordered room service 3 times in total. The first time was great, they brought the food within 30 minutes, charged it to our room. The food quality however was subpar. The char kuey teow was soggy and tasted like ginger, which isn’t how it’s normally supposed to be prepared! If your chef is gonna make changes to classic local recipes, make sure it’s taste-tested by others and please CLEARLY state that this is an adaptation of a local classic so the guest can expect it to be different. The 2nd time was an annoyance, not only was the food late but they told us to pay immediately for it! Apparently the wait staff was told we had not paid a deposit for the room but in fact we had paid a deposit to cover our entire 2 night stay for two rooms! But being cooperative guests, we decided not to make a fuss and paid immediately. 3rd room service, no questions about payment. Talk about inconsistent service! Also, we were told to leave our food trays from the room service outside the room but they didn’t clean it up the next day resulting in food flies buzzing around. The breakfast was ok on the first day, but the 2nd day, it was downright horrible. Scrambled eggs were soggy, bacon and sausages was boiled and not fried, again, if you’re gonna offer a healthy alternative to everyday norm, please state it clearly somewhere! Freshly baked bread wasn’t fresh either, tasted at least a day old. Lastly, the pool isn’t cleaned regularly, not what you’d expect from something with a “Hilton” brand in it. The kids pool had dark tiles in it and so you can’t easily see dirt in the water but there were small leaves and other icky stuff floating about if you looked closely.

Overall okay. Worth the price. Breakfast ok2, byk jg pilihan. Hotel building lain, apartment building lain. Swimming pool pun ok 7am-7pm. Cuma parking kena bayar. Sabtu ptg ada pasar malam just across the road

I am regular at Ibis Cheras, staying about 4 times a year and each time about 3-5 days. The location is convenient for me as I am here to see family. With a burgeoning of eateries a short walk away, meals or supper is close at hand. Notwithstanding the good points about Ibis, the nice room and good WiFi, a few things seem to have lapsed. It looks like they are using their old eroded towels again. Also, the grouting in the bathroom needs to be cleaned properly because mould have set in. The roller screen in the bathroom is stained. All these things detract from the positives of the room and stay. Breakfast also seems to have dropped in standards and the new meal room doesn’t look like a restaurant at all. It would be good if they can take a look at these things and resolve a few of them.
