My recent stay in the deluxe hill king room was overall a highly enjoyable experience, though it had a few minor hitches. The room itself was incredibly spacious, clean and comfortable, offering a beautiful, peaceful view of the surrounding lush greenery. I appreciated the thoughtful additions like a clearly marked kiblat direction, sejadah, iron + board and the excellent, reliable wifi connectivity. However, there were two downsides to the stay, the toilet area had a slightly unpleasant odor and the parking logistics were a bit inconvenient since guests have to wait for a buggy service to access the carpark. Aside from these minor plumbing and transport delays, everything else was excellent and I would gladly return if these areas are improved

Breakfast had a good variety, but no soft-boiled eggs 😅. The pool area needs more attention; many plants are dead, which really detracts from the view.

Good, calm and quiet experience i guess its because most of the travellers are there for meetings purpose. Smooth check in, good room. Good breakfast.

The decor is beautiful, the room is spacious, and it even has a bathtub. The breakfast offers a great variety, different from what you usually find elsewhere. I frequently re-book here because I often join marathons at Dataran Wawasan Putrajaya. In front of the hotel, there's the Putrajaya Garden, a great spot for jogging and recreation. At night, it's stunning with all the colorful lights.

The hotel is quite old, but the room was spacious and comfortable. It was adequate for a short stay of 2 nights. Overall, a reasonable option if you're looking for a place to stay briefly. View from hotel room is great

Located near at the center of putrajaya, but with food stalls or store within walking distance. The parking also is open space not shaded andlocated far from hotel (you may request for buggy though), which may need to be reconsidered if you bring your family or you are visiting during rainy season. The walkway to the parking lot itself is shaded.

Service were 10/10. Staffs were very helpful, warm and welcoming. Check-in procedure was very smooth, parking was easy and near, foods during breakfast were great! Husband loved the croffles, I loved the pancakes! Room was really spacious, clean and wangi! Forgot that there’s a bathtub as well, so we didn’t bring any bathbombs or salts. I do recommend maybe the hotel could provide or sell them in small packaging if possible? Furniture and the appliances are a bit dated, but we enjoyed it nonethelesss.
