Arrived here on 28/11/2024 the hotel immediately had a fabulous feeling, we were shown to our rooms but unfortunately ours was not what we requested, I needed a ground floor close to amenities due to me having copd, immediately this was rectified and I was given a villa with sea view with no extra charge. Everything in the hotel was immaculate, the choices of food where excellent and very tasty, every member of staff greeted you with smile, two of the restaurant staff Thiwanka and Yomal looked after our group way and above our expectations (thank you guys for a wonderful holiday). I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone and hopefully be back soon

The most wonderful hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Lovely Christmas decorations. Amazing pool for adults and a great children area. Nadumi welcomed us really lovely. The female chefs made the most wonderful fresh omelets! Shashika was absolutely amazing!!!! She played and looked after my little boy. Made him feel so loved. Can’t recommend this place enough especially when arriving to Sri Lanka and needing a chill before travelling. Food was amazing, great mix of traditional and not. Made children’s food when asked without any issues.

Review of Club Hotel Dolphin, Negombo I visited Club Hotel Dolphin in Negombo last May and had an overall enjoyable experience. The hotel is known for its impressive amenities, including the largest pool in Sri Lanka, making it a great choice for families. It is very family-friendly, with a dedicated kids' club to keep children entertained. However, my visit was on a busy day, and one downside was having to carry my baggage quite a long distance to the room, which was a bit inconvenient. On the bright side, the buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Unfortunately, the omelet I ordered à la carte was excessively salty, which was disappointing. Despite these minor issues, the hotel provides a relaxing atmosphere and plenty of activities for all ages. With a few improvements, it could offer an even better experience for guests.

Had a enjoyable experience at the Club Dolphin Hotel with the family, the atmosphere and the dinner buffet was awesome, it had a wide selection of food. I had the opportunity of meeting the General Manager Mr. Thurashath Niyatapala & also the resident manager Thakshila Galappaththy who were friendly and helpful. Thanking you PF
