Definitely a plus point being suites in Alpensia. My wife likes the wash basin in the suite very much. Bought lots of hot chocolate, instant coffee and ice creams into the room and enjoyed every moment eating in the suite. Settle my toilet bowl flushing problem immediately and would thank them for this, faced no problem in the cold winter .. thank you IHG for the setting

Location is good for skiing alpensia. If you're more into an apartment style room, you're good. room is pretty old but has everything you need.

The hotel sits on a compound with 2 other hotels. Holiday Inn resort and Intercontinental. The suite has a fully equipped kitchen which is good for cooking simple meals. Surrounding area has restaurants, fast food, ice cream place and convenience stores. The ski resort is within walking distance. Will definitely come back here for another relaxing holiday.

No toothpaste and toothbrush No drink water Small towels

The location is ok, convenient store and restaurants downstairs, shuttle bus 10 mins walk away. The room is spacious and clean, but no toothbrush, toothpaste, and room slippers.

When I wiped the room with a mop in the condo ondol room, more than 10 long women's hairs came out, and the mop turned black. It seemed like they didn't even do basic cleaning. The resort facilities are seriously aging due to the long construction and poor management. The sidewalk blocks in the first floor plaza are cement patched. The underground parking lot is also in a serious condition. The restaurants around the first floor plaza are arranged in a way that doesn't fit with the resort, and they are also seriously ripping off customers. The overall level of the resort has dropped.

It was great. The kids had fun and the adults had fun too. I'm thinking about going back next month. It was just a shame that we couldn't use the rides because of the strong winds.

The room was warm and convenient as it was close to the ski resort and facilities.

I made a reservation in a hurry because it was a place that was still in the peak season, but The facilities were really old. The air conditioner didn't work, so I took out and put in the remote control batteries several times. The accommodation card didn't work, so the electricity didn't come on. I was going to go out for dinner, but the door lock didn't lock, so I tried several times... Nothing worked at once. The shower water pressure was too strong, and it didn't adjust well... QR check-out didn't work either, so I checked out using a landline. It was nice that I didn't have to go to the desk to check in and out. It was the peak season, but the restaurants...some of them closed at 7:40 on Saturdays. Some of them gave me the cold if I didn't order expensive beef. I went because I got a KakaoTalk message saying there was a free performance at the plaza, but if I didn't order food at the open-air restaurant in the plaza...I couldn't participate in the performance. The Ocean 700 sauna was also closed for construction. During the peak season... I had to wait in line in a small space and just shower. The shower room and locker room are on different floors, so I had to go up two floors naked to the locker room with wet clothes and luggage... It was so hard with a child. There's a reason why there are resort accommodations left during peak season. I won't go there twice.

Good for a family trip ~ Restaurant prices are okay ~^^ I intend to visit again~^^ However, parking is a bit disappointing~^^;; Still, I’ll go again next time~

Warm and comfortable accommodation in an exotic atmosphere♡ The atmosphere was nicer and more comfortable than I expected, and it was an even better trip because I was with my beloved dog. ^^ The accommodation was old, but the water pressure in the bathroom was strong and the water was truly a work of art!!! Maybe it's because the air and water are nice, but my skin feels smooth after washing.^^ Intention to revisit 100000%%

Is it normal to come in before check out? I'm really disappointed. You seem to be saying it as if it's obvious that things like that happen frequently at the front desk. It's the worst.
