The exterior of the villa all the way to the room iis extremely run-down and in need for a repair. The room while is ok clean, furniture and toilet are very dated. Staff can speak good English and service from the staff was commendable. For one night stay is ok, but not longer than that. No housekeeping service, but they are happy to get you small clean towel if you request. Will not recommend

Great location and very comfortable! The hotel staff have created a warm and welcoming environment with lots of cozy zones inside. Beautiful walking track around the lake out back. The only minor gripe I had was that the breakfast was mediocre and it got boring having the same spread every day, down to the types of fruit and drinks served. Staying at the hotel also ensures you get 30% off the ski lift and gear rental which was an added plus!

Great location and it was fairly clean. However, the floor was extremely hard. We as a family stayed at other places that had floor sleeping arrangements but this was the worse of the lot. We then asked for more mats but we got told we have to pay extra for these. Getting extra pillows was ok. Might reconsider not getting a room without beds or go to a different hotel.

The hotel is new and very clean. All the rooms are suites having a loft for luggage or ski gear etc. Bathroom is big and nice. Balcony is a plus. Location is 10 min from the slopes via shuttle bus which runs twice daily. There are 3 restaurants and a coffee shop and some other function rooms. There is also a ski rental shop in the lobby that gives big discounts on rental and ski lifts which we highly recommend. Service is good. The only downsize for us was that the room temperature was too high and could not be adjusted in time for it to cool down for the night. We called the reception every day to ask them to lower down the floor heating but the temperature was still very high, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Therefore in the first night we opened the balcony door and as a result I caught a cold that lasted for the rest of the holiday. Overall it is a good place to stay.

The buffet restaurant's menu is too small, and the staff appears to be lacking training. Also, the milk supply tube connected to the coffee machine had not been cleaned for so long that it hardened to the point where milk could not be supplied. There was no apology and the expression of dissatisfaction as if they were asking something like this was overwhelming. Due to the nature of Gyoryul Resort, there is no choice but to use part-time work, but the quality and level seem to be too low. I am very satisfied with everything else except the restaurant.

It’s a family ski trip for us, we are lucky to escape from the peak season, thus the hotel is less crowded and it feels more relaxed. The hotel is generally cleaned, the room is warm and even the floor is warm. No towel provided, so this needs to be noted. But we enjoyed the hotel as it’s very convenient to ski park.

Warm and comfortable accommodation in an exotic atmosphere♡ The atmosphere was nicer and more comfortable than I expected, and it was an even better trip because I was with my beloved dog. ^^ The accommodation was old, but the water pressure in the bathroom was strong and the water was truly a work of art!!! Maybe it's because the air and water are nice, but my skin feels smooth after washing.^^ Intention to revisit 100000%%

The hotel interior is clean, there is breakfast, and there are many kid zones for children, so it would be good to go there with children~ There are many amenities such as a swimming pool and sauna, so it was really good~!ㅎㅎ The bathroom was clean, and the one I stayed at I could see the scenery outside, so I think it was healing~ It was such a good memory that I plan to come again next time~ I recommend it!

I was really tired after skiing, but the room was so nice that I rested well. The boiler was great and the bed was comfortable, which was nice. It's a pity that the auxiliary facilities are under maintenance.

The location wasn't bad, I heard it was built in preparation for the Winter Olympics, and the room was spacious and nice with a residence concept. The staff are friendly and the service is satisfactory. However, the room was so hot that the temperature rose to 28 degrees, so I went to check the heater twice, but instead of changing the room, they just turned off the heater and left. It was a good value for money accommodation and I think it would be good to stay for a day on a business trip. I liked the dried pollack restaurant nearby because it was so delicious. I recommend it.
