It is one of the most beautiful hotels on the North Coast, as it has all the services and facilities that any family needs.
The reception is nice, the swimming pools are fun, and the sea is clean.

The room furniture is outdated. A broken tile at the room entrance! The coffee mugs were dirty! Service is very slow responsive. I had to call 3 times asking for someone to fix the safe that turned out to be out of batteries. We arrived on Saturday and the room was cleaned for the first time on Tuesday!! Food was good. Not much varieties but can't complain. Pool is very nice. Summary...hotel is over-rated and over-priced...

The animation team were amazing on beach The parties were lively, someone was singing on the stage was thrilling and his voice was amazing It is very clean and the pool was breath-taking The housekeeping are so clean, well organized neat and tidy ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

I had an amazing vacation with the first row villa on the beach , everything was perfect and organized . Mr Hassan he is an amazing manager who made sure that everything was smooth and he responded to all to our requests. I highly recomend this vacation for a big family where all of the family can stay in one place and the kids will enjoy the private poil

I came on 2022 the hotel was perfect This year I came and still here the hotel is very dirty insect and spider net every where the smell of toilet is very bad really it was Avery bad experience and I called the reception but there no response till me do what u want to do

it was really a good vacation and i would like to thank mr sherif fakhry he was really helpful and the crew was hospitable the pool is good and variety of food I enjoyed my vacation and I will come again next year Isa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

This is shouldn’t be 5 Stars hotel at all, maximum rank I see is 3 stars, one of my worst experience in Egypt hotels, Chalet maintenance is very bad, trace sliding doors not working, painting dropped every where, floor tiles broken, ants every where. They are using very cheap chemicals even in water treatment plant since irrigation water is has very much bad smelling or in the pools as taking too much time for disinfection and pools stop working for days for disinfection!! Unprofessional duty manager called Hassan Mahmoud, not qualified to manage even a small grocery store not a hotel. No cameras so place is unsafe, beach not clean and a lot of trash in the sea water which should be workers just always remove trash from sea water by nets. It doesn’t worth what I paid for, for this hotel I see it should be half cost of what they offer and maximum 3 stars ranking. I don’t recommend any one to pay this much amount In this Hotel .. this is waste of money.

Every thing is perfect ,plenty of food, clean rooms , beach and many swimming pools are available. The animation team is also perfect, friendly and funny , our kids enjoyed their time with the team activities. Definitely we will visit it again.
