Although we stayed during the two coldest days of the year in Qingdao, the store was very considerate and brought an electric heater. It didn't freeze, so I was very satisfied!

On the second night of my stay, there was a slight noise in the room I booked in the morning. I was a light sleeper and told the front desk. As a result, the front desk took the trouble to help me change rooms and opened several rooms for me to choose from. Although in the end, I didn't select it, but because of the service quality at the front desk, I will stay in Fuxin next time I come to Qingdao. When I checked out, they helped me deliver my luggage to the car that was parked far away and notified the doorman in time to let me go for free. Now I can have such good service. There are not many hotels left, I am very satisfied

The Westin is in a great location opposite Mixc with a metro station nearby. It's very near the sea, just a short 10 minute walk away. The hotel is what you would expect of a 5 star hotel. Breakfast buffet was superb, mix of Western and Asian food. Did some swimming, and used the sauna. Great experience.

Great location for the Olympic park and boat trips. The apartment was super clean and we had suite on the 27th floor with stunning views of Qingdao city.
The only drawbacks were the room wasn’t cleaned properly after our first night. They didn’t give us new cups after the first night. We had to used the same cutlery.

The hotel room is spacious and clean. It has a great location about 5 min walk to the train station and the beach. The service was super good, satisfying all the needs of customers. Besides a free good breakfast, they provided afternoon tea for both days even though we stayed only for one night. There is also a free upgrading of room for our next booking. Trip gives the impression this is a five star hotel. It's not. It is 4 star. It is also quite dated. It's not bad, but it's far from great. Again, Trip gives the impression that it much better than it is. It's quite a worn out place with rooms in desperate need of a makeover. It also lacks charm or a feel of sophistication. Just kink of bland, really. Also, you can really taste the savings at the breakfast buffet. Again, not bad, but really cheap and bland. The one stand out was the Chinese food I ordered for room service.

The location is great, 1 min walk to the subway station, room has a nice view overlooking the seashore and the rooms are of a decent size, the stuff is very helpful and very nice. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is opposite Hisense Plaza. It is very convenient for shopping and eating. It is not far from the Olympic Sailing Center and May Fourth Square. The room is spacious and comfortable, the beds are of good quality, the overall environment is very good, and the service attitude is also very good. The family came to the seaside homestay to relax on weekends and chose this treasure homestay.
I pulled the housekeeper group before I checked in. As long as you have questions in the group, you will get answers quickly, including the weather of the day, the time and direction of sunrise and sunset, and it is already very warm before you arrive.
When we arrived, the lady kindly and gentle helped us check in, audio, books, automatic curtains, fitness equipment, aromatherapy, the sea and the huge floor-to-ceiling windows, the small table and pillows on the bay window, the bathtub by the window, and the curtains were opened. The blue sea and blue sky couldn't be more pleasant.
The homestay also has its own coffee shop and restaurant. If you have a taste that you don’t want to eat, you can adjust the food according to your taste as long as you say something in the group, which is very considerate.

YYuanqiThe hotel has convenient transportation. It is just outside the Licun subway station. There are many places to eat around, and the night market is right next to it. We stayed on the eighth floor and it was very quiet. There is a Likelai supermarket downstairs, which is convenient for shopping.
We booked a business king bed room. The price was very impressive in Qingdao during the National Day. When we checked in, the front desk upgraded us to a zero-pressure king bed room for free. The pillows and bed were very comfortable.
The room is quite spacious, the decoration style is a bit old, but the hygiene is generally good, the toilet has a flushing mechanism, and there is no peculiar smell, but the shower room is a bit small. . . Everything else is fine.
There are many breakfast options around the hotel, such as Chuanjia Babao Porridge, Qindao Shuntian Wontons, and Tongshengji Beef Grit Soup. They are all delicious!

SSajadWe were there for my wife birthday, the location was amazing and most of things were great ( we had a minor problems with bed and pillow) but the rest of things were wonderful. front desk staff were very kind and helpful.they sent a beautiful cake along with nice message to our room from hotel management and made a memorable moment for us.
The hotel breakfast was perfect as well ,western and Chinese food were available.we recommend this hotel to our friends.

MMorris CaiFacilities: This should be an older hotel. If the training location was not here, I probably would not choose to stay here. After all, besides being cheaper, it is also closer to the beach. I really can't think of any advantages of staying here. Because I booked a room for four consecutive nights and the occupancy rate was not high, the front desk upgraded me to a suite when I checked in. But how could I sleep in two beds? The space utilization was a bit of a waste. Another thing I want to complain about in the bathroom is that the amount of water for showering is too small. Also, I don't know who designed the washbasin and the faucet on the washbasin. The height of the washbasin is so low that a normal person of 1.7 meters has to bend over to wash. Also, such a small washbasin is equipped with such a large faucet. I would bump into it from time to time when washing my face. I was speechless.
Hygiene: In terms of hygiene, the efficiency of cleaning the room is quite high, but the second day they didn't help to change the sheets and quilts. In order to promote environmental protection, most hotels will put a sign on the bedside table, if you don't need to change, you don't have to change, but this hotel didn't see this thing, but it can't be assumed that the guests don't change. After all, they stayed for four consecutive nights. Did they not pay for the next few nights except the first night? In the end, I called the front desk to remind the aunt who cleaned the room.
Service: Don't mention the service. From Wednesday to Sunday check-out, I didn't feel any service at all. From the front desk reception to other service staff, everyone had a stern face and didn't take the initiative to greet the guests. It was indeed a lot worse than the service staff training of five-star hotels.
Finally, I want to complain about breakfast. There are not many dishes, and there is no local Qingdao characteristics. Even the drinks are only hot milk. Anyway, I have never drunk it. The rest of the juice is charged separately. I am drunk. At least all the hotels such as All Seasons, Hilton Garden Inn, and Orange Crystal have many kinds of drinks and don't charge.

GGuest UserI was surprised to find a treasure niche boutique hotel. The hotel is conveniently located, the door is very low-key, the stay found that the environment inside is very good, the layout details are tasteful, I like it very much, the room is comfortable and satisfactory.
The front desk of the hotel said that there was a free coffee gift on the first night, and a glass of ice latte was really delicious! ! I asked the front desk to know that this was prepared by the hotel owner. The boss himself is also a coffee hobby. He uses the good beans that the boss drinks by himself. Like me like coffee to live must taste, better than star dad.
I am used to staying in a chain hotel. It is rare to encounter a hotel that makes me feel warm and cost-effective. It is worth my serious evaluation and worth recommending.
