I've been to several other hotels in Qingdao, but it was the most satisfying hotel. First of all, I would like to thank ☺️Crystal Zhao. ❤️❤️❤️She continued to let us know and help us through WeChat during our stay. She also accommodated our special needs and assigned us rooms on the highest floor. Also, knowing that it was our anniversary, decorated the rooms beautifully. Location: The location of the hotel is really nice. There is an ocean right in front of you, so you can take a walk in the morning and evening. At night, the light shines on the surrounding buildings, so the night view is beautiful. The nearby tourist attraction is not far away, so you can take a taxi in about 10 minutes. 2. Room Condition: The room is clean as it is a new hotel. I used it well because there was an air purifier. The amenities are sufficiently set up. It is convenient to control the curtains and lights. 3. Breakfast: It was nice to have a meal while looking at the sea at the restaurant, and I could eat Chinese and western styles. The instant noodles and huntun were delicious. It was convenient to make coffee and bring it to me right away. 4. Swimming Pool: I liked the swimming pool the most in this hotel. It was comfortable because I could swim while looking at the sea and there were not many people. The people who work in the swimming pool are really nice. I asked them to take a picture because I was alone, and they were willing to take it, so I appreciate it. If I come to Qingdao again, it is a hotel I want to come back to.👍👍👍

I particularly like Atour. When I saw the new store opening, I couldn’t wait to check in and experience it. The lobby was very spacious and warm when I first entered. I like the decoration style. There are books and free coffee in the rest area. The service is as considerate as ever, including black tea from Atour Village. Upgraded to several room types for free. The room is very spacious. It has free tea bags, ear-mounted coffee, cola, and my favorite black tea and green tea biscuits, bathrobes, and scales. The room is fully intelligent guest control and Xiaodu , I love it so much. The buffet breakfast that combines Chinese and Western styles is dazzling. The laundry room is open 24 hours a day and can be dried. It is very user-friendly. The gym equipment is also relatively new. The facilities and equipment are very good. The room is also very clean and tidy. The location is also very good. The transportation nearby is also very convenient. It is very close to the subway entrance. The guy at the front desk after checking out gave me warm mineral water, which was a great experience.

There was someone’s hair in the room, and the wall is not soundproof. The pillow is very good for sleep. The breakfast is not that varied (we stayed there 3 days). The lamp was not working also.

Well, Crown Plaza is our usual our favorite hotel and also our first-choice hotel in Qingdao city and naturally chose the Crowne Plaza Qingdao again. The hotel hasn’t lost any of its avantgarde charm. Furthermore, the employees are still as professional and helpful as I remember them from the last time (this time I would like to mention Ms. Fanny from the front desk, hassel-free check in that was quick and we were given a free upgrade) . The rooms are spacious, and the amenities will cater to every whim. The convenient location is an added bonus, which doesn’t need to be mentioned separately as the hotel location which is near to five four squares.

This hotel has a great location almost next to Qingdao station and easy walking distance to the pier and other sites. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was tired but comfortable. Breakfast was fairly typical Chinese style but good enough to set you up for the day. Went in the May Day holiday so was quite pricey. Probably much more reasonable outside of peak times. Would definitely consider staying again.

The location is perfect, you can easily walk around the old town and to the train station. The room is small, but the design is good and they provide many amenities. The bathroom light didn't work, but after asking they quickly sent someone up to change the bulb.

The location is perfect--downtown, right next to the subway and near the sea. I guess any room would have a sea view:) Despite the central location, it isn't noisy. The service is great: the staff are helpful and friendly. I was able to leave my suitcase until the evening due to the late flight. Everything is clean, there's enough drinking water and tea, and I got complimentary fruit in my room. They can speak English at the reception. The mattress could be a bit softer though:)
