周圍環境很好，就是設施有些老舊，但是整體環境還是不錯的，離李村夜市非常的近，對面就是地鐵出入口，也很方便交通出行

房間裏的設施設備真的很差，電線插頭裸露很是危險，衞生間坐便都是歪的，還有很多小飛蟲飛出，淋浴花灑銹跡斑斑，讓人不敢用，衹能選擇小噴頭，下水不好，洗澡水很長時間才能下去，很差的體驗，不值這個價錢。服務還好，前台有問必答，可以暫存行李，打掃衞生大姐人很好。

整體還是OK的，交通很便利門口就是地鐵。樓下走兩步就是夜市。

下水道是堵的，洗個澡水直接漫出來，整個房間都是水。告訴前台處理一下，我出去吃飯（看着滿房間水鬧心，訂的他家最貴的觀景房），保安就衹把下水疏通了，房間裏的水也不給擦。
吃過飯後，回來再找前台，前台才安排人當著客人的麪擦水，然後發現水太多了，一時擦不完，才給換了個房間，換的房間還沒有這個大，比這個小多了，佈局也不好，工作人員到現在也沒有一個正式的解釋和道歉。特意訂的一個觀景房，挺失望的。
