I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay at Holiday Inn Express HuangDao. From the moment I arrived, the team went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. A special thank you to Frank, the hotel manager, for his warm hospitality and attention to detail. It was clear he genuinely cares about every guest's experience. The check-in process was smooth, and I was greeted by Eric, Suzy, and Eva at the front desk. They were all incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. Their helpfulness made settling in a breeze, and they were always available for your needs. My room was spacious, modern, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The housekeeping team did a great job of keeping everything spotless during my stay. The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, shopping mall and 24 hours grocery shops are just few steps away from hotel. Plus, the on-site dining was excellent—breakfast each morning was a delicious start to the day and most attraction for me is the self service coffee maker at hotel lobby, thats make my very day fully charge after a cup of double espresso. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Thank you again to Frank, Eric, Suzy, Eva, and the entire staff for making my trip so memorable.

The first time I stayed in Mandarin Hotel, the experience was great! We have stayed in other hotels on the island, and finally chose the Mandarin Hotel. Special thanks to the front desk manager Stella and her team, who are very professional, especially helped us to choose the room, and even upgraded it. The view of the sea is great! The service is very warm, friendly and considerate, the price is right, the introduction of the hotel is also very detailed, the hotel parking is very convenient, the lobby is very beautiful, beautiful, like being in a sea world! The rooms are large and clean! The balcony view of the sea effect is very good! The back garden can also row a boat, the swimming pool water temperature constant temperature, about 28 °C, very comfortable. The breakfast and dinner buffets were great! Ideal for vacation, business.

The hotel staff are very helpful and accommodating. The facilities are just great, it's within close walking distance of May 4th square, the coast and the Mixc mall is practically in the same building complex. It's an ideal location for business trips, or vacation. The rooms offer enough facilities that if you are staying long enough you can cook for yourself, you can also get assistance from the staff to order take-aways, and there are a large number of different kinds of restaurants nearby. Also there's a 7-11 convenience store within 2 minutes walking distance from the entrance to the hotel. And getting a taxi is very easy and convenient through the Didi app. If you're familiar with how things work in China, it'll be really easy for you to feel at home, if not, the staff will do their best to assist you with anything you need. Very good value for money,

The staffs regardless at the reception or the restaurant is very nice & caring. It's breakfast is great. For me is better than 4 star hotel that we have stayed in terms of taste & certain item u can't find in them. We have lunch & breakfast there in their famous restaurant. Location is located at walking distance to St.Michael Cathedral & Zhangqiao Pier... Room amenities offered better than what 5 stars will offered...However the bathroom is a bit tiny for us. It was my second time staying at the hotel and I was still satisfied. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were convenient, the sea view was beautiful, it was close to the shopping mall, and the service of the staff was very considerate. Thanks to Lei Ting at the front desk for her careful care, which made our trip more perfect. I will choose Shiboge next time.

Fine place, kind staff, not exactly authentic or anything Chinese (or Irish) but does the trick. However don’t expect quality coffee despite the name and the heavy advertisement about “coffetel”. They were unable to provide any on the first day we arrived and when getting one on the second day, it was probably one of the worst coffee I’ve had in a long time lol. Convenient enough location.

Came here on a business trip and stayed here. I didn't expect to be able to stay in such a good hotel within the business trip standards. The hotel is easy to find and close to the highway exit. I am very grateful to every front desk service staff of Jimo Blue Sea for their warm hospitality and care in the past few days. Every time I pass by the lobby, several girls greet me with a smile every day. If I need anything, I will help to solve it immediately. What can I be dissatisfied with such service? I knew that I had chosen the right hotel the day I checked in. The a**osphere at the front desk was very good. The children participated in the lottery. Both children got their favorite prizes. They also prepared various snacks for the children. They also put the juice in cups at room temperature. The girl at the front desk said that it was specially prepared for the children, so there was no ice. It was so thoughtful. I didn’t know where to go in Jimo for the first time. They also helped us introduce and help us get a taxi. The weather was hot and they asked us to bring a few more bottles of water on the road. I really experienced the best service in two or three days. When we checked out, we said we were going to Qingdao. They also introduced us where to have fun and how to take the subway. They also gave us a Qingdao map, which also had a refrigerator magnet that was very commemorative. In the afternoon, the lobby manager called again to ask about our hotel experience. It goes without saying that it must be a five-star experience. I will come again next time and hope to see you all again.
