The room was great for families with young kids, kept my two entertained in the room all the time. Location perfect too- direct access to the mall from the sixth floor sky park.
My only complaint is cleanliness. I don’t expect perfection, but there is mold in the bathroom, mold on the bathroom shower slippers, and floor just felt unclean the entire time.
It lacked many things like utensils and dish soap, but everytime we called the front desk they brought it up within 10 minutes. Customer services was great- very nice people.
I would consider going again when I return to Qingdao, but probably would call ahead to guarantee cleanliness.

Hotel itself is sketchy. To begin with, there is no hotel lobby. It’s two floor building, and first floor is shared with two boba shops and a front desk of another hotel. The restroom smelled like a typical Chinese stinky public restroom. If you are detail oriented and a clean freak like me, you will def find the hotel cleanness level to be not acceptable. Hotel staff was kinda friendly but they will keep asking you to give a good rating and follow their WeChat account.

On the second night of my stay, there was a slight noise in the room I booked in the morning. I was a light sleeper and told the front desk. As a result, the front desk took the trouble to help me change rooms and opened several rooms for me to choose from. Although in the end, I didn't select it, but because of the service quality at the front desk, I will stay in Fuxin next time I come to Qingdao. When I checked out, they helped me deliver my luggage to the car that was parked far away and notified the doorman in time to let me go for free. Now I can have such good service. There are not many hotels left, I am very satisfied

The hotel room is spacious and clean. It has a great location about 5 min walk to the train station and the beach. The service was super good, satisfying all the needs of customers. Besides a free good breakfast, they provided afternoon tea for both days even though we stayed only for one night. There is also a free upgrading of room for our next booking. I brought my family to Qingdao for a trip. After comparing several hotels near May Fourth Square, I finally chose this one. Before coming, I called the front desk to inform them that I would bring my children with me, hoping that they could help arrange a larger room. I was surprised when I arrived at the room on the day of check-in. The room was very large and was indeed suitable for parents and children. There was also a lot of space for activities. You could see the city light show and the sunset on a good day. Not far from the door is Exit B of Yan'an 3rd Road Station on Line 3, which is close to May Fourth Square and Qingdao MixC. The room facilities are very complete, and it is cleaned every day. The service of momo at the front desk is very thoughtful. After adding WeChat on the day of check-in, you can send WeChat to inform me if you need anything. The hotel is really good and I will stay there next time.

Trip gives the impression this is a five star hotel. It's not. It is 4 star. It is also quite dated. It's not bad, but it's far from great. Again, Trip gives the impression that it much better than it is. It's quite a worn out place with rooms in desperate need of a makeover. It also lacks charm or a feel of sophistication. Just kink of bland, really. Also, you can really taste the savings at the breakfast buffet. Again, not bad, but really cheap and bland. The one stand out was the Chinese food I ordered for room service.

The scheduled train was canceled for some reason, so I quickly changed my booking to a later train. The family of four hurried to the hotel and rushed to Qingdao with tired bodies from the tour group. I saw the sea early the next morning and no worries were gone. Every day I sleep until I wake up naturally and then go to the scenic spots to check in. If I don’t want to go to the scenic spots, I walk through the community and go to the beach to play in the sand. At night, I watch the light show on the balcony. The only drawback is that the sun in Qingdao has been a bit strong these days, and I get tanned easily. , I wanted to take a photo of the sunrise on the day I left, but it turned out to be cloudy... I wanted to rest comfortably on the last day, go shopping and buy some souvenirs, but the flight also changed, so I had to say goodbye in a hurry, life is always Full of surprises and regrets, I can only make up for it next time!

The family came to the seaside homestay to relax on weekends and chose this treasure homestay.
I pulled the housekeeper group before I checked in. As long as you have questions in the group, you will get answers quickly, including the weather of the day, the time and direction of sunrise and sunset, and it is already very warm before you arrive.
When we arrived, the lady kindly and gentle helped us check in, audio, books, automatic curtains, fitness equipment, aromatherapy, the sea and the huge floor-to-ceiling windows, the small table and pillows on the bay window, the bathtub by the window, and the curtains were opened. The blue sea and blue sky couldn't be more pleasant.
The homestay also has its own coffee shop and restaurant. If you have a taste that you don’t want to eat, you can adjust the food according to your taste as long as you say something in the group, which is very considerate.

YYuanqiThe hotel has convenient transportation. It is just outside the Licun subway station. There are many places to eat around, and the night market is right next to it. We stayed on the eighth floor and it was very quiet. There is a Likelai supermarket downstairs, which is convenient for shopping.
We booked a business king bed room. The price was very impressive in Qingdao during the National Day. When we checked in, the front desk upgraded us to a zero-pressure king bed room for free. The pillows and bed were very comfortable.
The room is quite spacious, the decoration style is a bit old, but the hygiene is generally good, the toilet has a flushing mechanism, and there is no peculiar smell, but the shower room is a bit small. . . Everything else is fine.
There are many breakfast options around the hotel, such as Chuanjia Babao Porridge, Qindao Shuntian Wontons, and Tongshengji Beef Grit Soup. They are all delicious!

MMorris CaiFacilities: This should be an older hotel. If the training location was not here, I probably would not choose to stay here. After all, besides being cheaper, it is also closer to the beach. I really can't think of any advantages of staying here. Because I booked a room for four consecutive nights and the occupancy rate was not high, the front desk upgraded me to a suite when I checked in. But how could I sleep in two beds? The space utilization was a bit of a waste. Another thing I want to complain about in the bathroom is that the amount of water for showering is too small. Also, I don't know who designed the washbasin and the faucet on the washbasin. The height of the washbasin is so low that a normal person of 1.7 meters has to bend over to wash. Also, such a small washbasin is equipped with such a large faucet. I would bump into it from time to time when washing my face. I was speechless.
Hygiene: In terms of hygiene, the efficiency of cleaning the room is quite high, but the second day they didn't help to change the sheets and quilts. In order to promote environmental protection, most hotels will put a sign on the bedside table, if you don't need to change, you don't have to change, but this hotel didn't see this thing, but it can't be assumed that the guests don't change. After all, they stayed for four consecutive nights. Did they not pay for the next few nights except the first night? In the end, I called the front desk to remind the aunt who cleaned the room.
Service: Don't mention the service. From Wednesday to Sunday check-out, I didn't feel any service at all. From the front desk reception to other service staff, everyone had a stern face and didn't take the initiative to greet the guests. It was indeed a lot worse than the service staff training of five-star hotels.
Finally, I want to complain about breakfast. There are not many dishes, and there is no local Qingdao characteristics. Even the drinks are only hot milk. Anyway, I have never drunk it. The rest of the juice is charged separately. I am drunk. At least all the hotels such as All Seasons, Hilton Garden Inn, and Orange Crystal have many kinds of drinks and don't charge.
