I have always stayed at this hotel when I was on business trips to Huangdao recently. The hotel service is very good, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and the restaurants are also convenient. They are all very good, but the bedside socket only has two ends, which is very inconvenient.

The room is very good, spacious, quiet, old hotel, complete facilities, management in place, people live very assured, there is a big supermarket, there is KFC, snack street, very cheap, to come to Huangdao for business trips to choose this hotel, currently very satisfied.

My friend and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express during our trip to Qingdao. Initially, we had high expectations of the hotel especially since my friend had experienced what Holiday Inn was like in a previous city which was a very good experience. However, our expectations were no met😕 at this hotel. Overall, it was not a bad stay because the hotel was at a good location (there's a mall literally behind the hotel, lots of restaurants and 5 min walk from the subway station) and the staff at the front dest were nice. However, the food, on trip.com, it notes there's western breakfast but there was not! The breakfast was a basic Chinese breakfast so we were not satisfied with the breakfast at all. Additionally, the hotel needs to be diligent about cleaning the bathrooms. You need to actually scrub the bathroom and not just wipe it down! The shower and around the face basin had mold which was very disgusting and disturbing 🤢. Please do better! Otherwise, we had a good stay. The bed and pillows were so soft, we felt like we were sleeping on clouds 😍😁. We also loved that the lobby had free popcorn for the guests to take 😄.

The smart toilet does not have a remote control, which is actually not very easy to use. Breakfast is not good not bad However, the materials used for the door and curtains in the room are ridiculously good. The sound insulation of the corridor is very good, and the curtains are also very good at isolating external light.

The design is fashionable, everything is very smart, and everything is comfortable and hygienic: needless to say about hygiene, the level is basically impeccable. The environment: centrally located in Huangdao District, very convenient for eating and shopping, and very close to taking a taxi to the beach. The lady who checked in He has a good attitude and answers questions patiently. Everything you need that you think of can be given to you. When the food we brought in the evening got cold, the lady warmed it up and brought it to the room. She also thoughtfully brought chopsticks and bowls. Breakfast: Breakfast is really delicious, with many varieties and good quality. It is suitable for people of all ages. There are also some Qingdao specialty foods. The dining environment is also very comfortable. It is a very satisfying experience

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a decent experience for the price. The room was fairly clean, and the service was good, although non-Chinese speakers might encounter some challenges. The location is a bit tricky to find without a lobby; the reception is on the 6th floor. 😂 Despite these quirks, I'd say it's a reasonable choice considering the cost.

The account manager who received us was Manager Guo Xianping. We booked a room at around 9 a.m. that day and added a note to note that the child was allergic to dust mites. When we arrived at the hotel at 11 a.m., Manager Guo was still helping me carefully disinfect every corner of the room. What's special is that they also helped us change the duvet to a clean feather quilt without fluff, which was really thoughtful and very comfortable. I brought the kids back late at night. We had to do laundry at 2 a.m., and Manager Guo specially asked someone to help open the laundry door. Worried that it would take too long, he also helped with drying. Like 👍 When I got up the next morning, I I received a message from Manager Guo and sent us clothes. It was really great. The room is the parent-child room we wanted, with a large bed of 1.8cm and a small bed of 1.2cm, which is especially suitable for families with two children! Both bathtub and shower are available, which is convenient. The sofa and desk are also very convenient for our husband to work. There was also a building block table and a tent for the children thoughtfully placed in the room. The children had so much fun playing that they were reluctant to leave when they left. The buffet on the first floor is convenient and cost-effective, and there is also a playground where children can let themselves go and adults can have a good meal. The children also drew the crabs they saw in the hotel during those days 🦀️ Highly recommended, I will stay here again next time I come to Qingdao! Children can also swim in the hotel’s swimming pool🏊♀️

Hotel was conveniently located. Rooms were neat. Breakfast was very good. Value for money. Dinner buffet did not have many options for vegans.
