The instant noodles and huntun were delicious. It was convenient to make coffee and bring it to me right away. 4. Swimming Pool: I liked the swimming pool the most in this hotel. It was comfortable because I could swim while looking at the sea and there were not many people. The people who work in the swimming pool are really nice. The restaurant prices are on a par with those at Shangri-La hotel, but with far fewer choices and lower in cooking quality. The only BIG advantage if you're a swimmer like myself: a former German ”Kaiser” swimming beach is right accross the road. It's now callled ”Bathing Beach 1.” Awesome for doing non-stop laps for an hour. And even then: you can easily get to the beach by metro from any other Qingdao hotel. Just get off at Huiquan Square (Line 3) and come out through Exit C.
