First time staying at Qingyuan and choose this hotel. Overall is satisfactory. Only complaint is that my favourite hot tub is small and crowded, locals don’t seem to leave the tub even when they are not using it, and talk too loudly. Sauna and steam rooms temperature has set too high. Due to cold weather we have dinner at the Chinese restaurant for 2 nights, and satisfying on both occasions, food was good, service was good, and reasonable prices. Difficult to call taxi though if you want to move around.

I used family room. Room is big. Heater is very good. Kids facilty almost broken. When you go hot spring, you dont need wait in line. Get in the car as soon as possible. If you wait long time, staff couldnt help you. Staff said walk with 2 children. If you have dinner in restaurant, you couldnt eat hot barbecue. They alredy make so almost cold. Shuttle is not enough. They operate only one car due to low battery. When we return hotel , staff said need to wait due to no battery lol

Pros: The environment is very good and the room is clean and tidy. I will choose it again. Needs improvement: ”The lifeguard is not good. He keeps looking at his phone. When someone wants to enter the pool and presses the doorbell, he can't hear it and says that the person didn't press it. This happened at least three times! A child seemed to choke on the water in the deep water area. His mother threw a lifebuoy over and shouted at the lifeguard but there was no response! Fortunately, the child also grabbed the ring and it was a false alarm! We were all very angry! 8.19 afternoon session

My reservation is staying for 2 nights, at the first night with terrible experience. (1. Assigned wrong a smoking floor which I had requested non smoking rooms and I had awake by smelling cigarette smoking at early morning 0630.)(2. Air Con malfunction with heat wind with 26 degrees whole night and the outside temperature is just 12 degrees. I have to turn off the air con to stop fresh air during the night.) (3. Shower water is suppling unstable water temperatures.)(4. TV is not working)(5. WiFi cannot be connected)(6. Gym open at 14:00-22:00 which might be satisfying the customer regular exercise in morning) But the next day, room changed and all services are satisfied. The hotel manager even open the gym for me in advance. Overall I am happy the management did very well with complain handling and recovery.

We chose to stay here on the way back from the National Day holiday. We were pleasantly surprised. The price was good, there were not many people, and parking was very convenient. Xiao Deng at the front desk was very enthusiastic. Seeing that we were with two children, he immediately gave the children a doll and upgraded us to a tent room for free. The children liked it very much. The room faced the hotel's large garden. It was very quiet at night. There was a scenic spot next to it where you could climb mountains. There were fish, parrots, rabbits, and squirrels in the garden that you could feed (but they didn't eat much, probably because they were fed too much during the National Day holiday), and you could even catch fish. The breakfast was also very rich. In general, it was a very child-friendly hotel. There was a small problem. The hotel was too big and the signs were not very clear. I went to the restaurant at first.

The room is large and comfortable, the hygiene is very good, and the bed is new and comfortable. The service is very good, and the free Ferris wheel ticket is very practical. The kid is very happy. It is recommended to have more breakfast food.

I went to a hot spring with my husband. I booked a room for more than 1,000 yuan, which I thought was a bit expensive. But I didn't expect to have such a good experience. When I arrived at the hotel, there were staff to greet me and take my luggage. The room was unexpectedly large and clean. Snacks, fruits and drinks were prepared for the guests. First of all, the decoration style is not the Japanese simple style that everyone likes. It is more like the warm wind of your own room. The ceiling is covered with wooden boards. The whole is very warm style. Secondly, the hygiene in the room surprised me, it was too clean! The landlord’s intentions were revealed everywhere. I also touched the shelf for drying clothes. There was no dust at all. The toiletries in the bathroom were home-cooked shower gel and shampoo. The bathroom heater was also multi-functional and very careful! very satisfied! very satisfied! I went out to eat at night. Miss Sister saw that we were still warm and greeted us. I took the initiative to ask my sister where there is an authentic Qingyuan chicken. My sister immediately recommended the ”Shanshui Food” near the hotel. The mediocre food represents authenticity and conscience. We are both sizzling with meals! I almost ran to the net red store tens of kilometers away to eat, but fortunately I had a little chat with my sister 😄 For the noise problem, there were several children living next to it. It was really noisy. There were cotton swabs under the door. I felt that the landlord had worked hard and was more tolerant. The children were noisy and they were very happy. It was raining rain outside, and I was very comfortable watching TV in the room and chasing dramas. 😌 I have written too much, like a trust, my sister hopes that I can write about the feeling of accommodation, I have too much to express, as a homestay, it is really great! Also worth it! By the way, there are small milk cats to play! I recommend everyone to choose.
