從去年就開始入住的酒店，每次都是前台Jane接待，熱情周到有親切感，夏天入住房間會提前開好空調，冬天也會提前開好暖氣，因為我們要泡茶喝，所以每次入住的房間都會給我們提前多放幾瓶礦泉水，基本上每次到清遠都會來入住，酒店房間床品乾淨整潔舒適，還能延遲退房，環境也非常好，得到的是超舒適的愉悦入住體驗！

沒有想到，在離廣州市區附近還有這麼好的酒店，還是寵物友好，酒店管家浩南 Clyde是我見過最好的，熱情有禮、體貼入微、有問必答，前台經理和其他服務員也是，讓人覺得賓至如歸，而且還幫我升級了房間，房間也乾淨衞生，設施齊備，還有一個小陽台，望湖的風景也不錯，讓人心曠神怡，還有入住歡迎水果，無限次温泉。所以下次等有時間再來這裏度假。謝謝！
