The customer services were really excellent, after checking in, you will have a 專屬管家 to show you around the facility and guide you to your room. Also if you got any problem, you could contact her via Wechat, and her response was quick. The room is really clear and comfort, it gives us a warmth feeling. Mayland is a lovely resort. Their staff are very kind and helpful. 雷欣（Suet Yan) was particularly helpful. We couldn’t sort our app to get a car and she helped us. The changing rooms for the resort pool needs a refresh. Even just changing some of the curtains and better lighting will make the place look better. Lots of hot springs to pick from. Nice indoor pool. Need to swim with a swim cap though. Outdoor pool in the photos is actually not accessible by guest. Chinese restaurant was delicious. Buffet was acceptable for 178¥

Everyone knows this hotel. is perfect for families and vacation. I used it extensively as a business hotel and found it quite suitable. Only watchout is the noise at night. People are having fun, it's understandable, but if you need to go to bed early, expect it to hear people going in and out of their rooms laughing and talking until at least 11pm.

One of the best Hot Springs in Guangdong Province . Spent wonderful time with my family! 5 ⭐️ hotel which is located not far from Guangzhou. Hotel has many indoor and outdoor swimming pools, indoor sauna, original hot springs ( more than 12).

Looked as good or better than the pictures! The property is well maintained, the bed comfortable and the service friendly. The hot spring is part of the hotel and access is included in the room rate. There are some larger pools, and about 15 smaller pools with different temperatures and herbal infusions. A mall with more dining options and a Ferris wheel and game zone is located a 2km walk away from the hotel.

Nice place to relax for a weekend, amazing pools and hot spring. No English speaker nowhere. The air conditioner was weak during all of our stayed.

This was amazing rest! I recommend everyone stay in the hotel, it’s comfortable, beautiful, and the service is so good I never expected hospitality like this. Also the room is big, clean and cozy, and the restaurant is tasty. The hot spring is relaxing, clean and beautiful environment. High recommend 🙌

The check-in process was extremely fast, usually takes a while foreigners at other places. The concierge (Lu) was kind enough to show us to our room, answer all questions about dinner, breakfast, bars and the entertainment available. He took us inside and even showed us how the hot tub works. At dinner, the food was mainly chinese with a few western options like steak, roast beef and sausages etc. The foods quality is very high and quite good for a buffet. The only downside to the resort is the lack of bars, there's no room service that brings you cocktails to enjoy in your private hot spring, but you can obviously buy it from the main bar and take a dabao cup to your room. The hot spring options were quite good, lots of different oils like lavender, lemon, wine etc Breakfast was good, again mostly chinese with a few western options. At every point, the service that we received from the staff was amazing. Pilgrim kept in contact with us through the day and continued to help us even just to book a spa treatment (which was also amazing) I have nothing but great things to say about the place. Highly recommend
