My family and I stayed here for two days (1 night) in early November. The whole experience was fantastic. Our good impression started with the very helpful rebooting phone enquiries to check about swimming for the children. The reception team were very helpful and polite. The setting and landscape was beautifully peaceful. The spa pools were fantastically clean and provided free water, tea and towels throughout. All staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Some spoke English, but all were happy to converse through the use of translation apps. I particularly want to thanks: Our restaurant host, 蔡泽旋 黄洁仪 (Bobo), who spoke excellent English and was very friendly to the children. ’ve been here just once. I had a good memory, so I reserved this hotel again as my sibling came to GZ from Korea. I booked two different rooms, one of which has a balcony with a private pool since recently it rained so much, which might not be able to let us enjoy outdoor pools. 雷欣 (lei xin) is a person helping us while staying here. On the first time only my family visited, no one came to us and tried to explain the place or any other things, but this time two women who are pretty good at English guided us and tried to explain the place, which made me communicate and understand them, even if only my husband can speak in Chinese. The room rate is reasonable and all condition is perfect for family travelers. I am willing to visit here again.

Amazing Stay with Outstanding Service We had a fantastic two-day stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated. A special mention goes to Feng Yutong, who took great care of us during our stay. Her friendly and attentive service made our experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay!

we stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, we had a great time there, we highly recommended for anyone who travel as a family with a toddler or a baby over 10 months, we spent a lot of time in the soft play area,and there are plenty of activities for toddlers. staff are very welcoming and extremely nice, we appreciated all the helps we received while we stayed in the hotel, thank you. 我们感谢以下员工对我们的帮助（不分先后） 管家：陈梦圆 宝贝乐园：夏少媚，孔秀芳，罗吉林 温泉区：马桂连，陈梓健，钟任梅 餐厅：所有员工，亲切，有礼貌，及时补充自助餐食物

We come to this resort often . We love the architecture and interior design . On this trip , I wanted a hamburger from the restaurant for lunch so after checking-in we went to the restaurant to eat . My wife ordered her meal and I ordered my hamburger . Her food came first but my food never came . After waiting 30 minutes I asked the waitress (Chinese only ) where my burger was and she said she never placed the order. I was so confused how she could make that mistake and told her to start making the burger . I had to wait another 35 minutes for a decent burger . After complaining the management team did all they could to make it right and in the end we left with a positive impression of the staff . They honestly did all they could to make the mistake right and we were grateful for their sincere attempt at making things right. Room and hot springs clean and I would recommend a visit here .

The customer services were really excellent, after checking in, you will have a 專屬管家 to show you around the facility and guide you to your room. Also if you got any problem, you could contact her via Wechat, and her response was quick. The room is really clear and comfort, it gives us a warmth feeling. Very nice hotel, good service, all thanks to staff, and especially to Miss (Feng Yutong). I hope the hotel can improve the buffet, crowded and not many chocies for vegetarians,

Mayland is a lovely resort. Their staff are very kind and helpful. 雷欣（Suet Yan) was particularly helpful. We couldn’t sort our app to get a car and she helped us. The changing rooms for the resort pool needs a refresh. Even just changing some of the curtains and better lighting will make the place look better. Lots of hot springs to pick from. Nice indoor pool. Need to swim with a swim cap though. Outdoor pool in the photos is actually not accessible by guest. Chinese restaurant was delicious. Buffet was acceptable for 178¥

Very tidy, good service and nice environment. Buffet food have lots of types but not very special and taste is ok.

Everyone knows this hotel. is perfect for families and vacation. I used it extensively as a business hotel and found it quite suitable. Only watchout is the noise at night. People are having fun, it's understandable, but if you need to go to bed early, expect it to hear people going in and out of their rooms laughing and talking until at least 11pm.

One of the best Hot Springs in Guangdong Province . Spent wonderful time with my family! 5 ⭐️ hotel which is located not far from Guangzhou. Hotel has many indoor and outdoor swimming pools, indoor sauna, original hot springs ( more than 12).

Looked as good or better than the pictures! The property is well maintained, the bed comfortable and the service friendly. The hot spring is part of the hotel and access is included in the room rate. There are some larger pools, and about 15 smaller pools with different temperatures and herbal infusions. A mall with more dining options and a Ferris wheel and game zone is located a 2km walk away from the hotel.

Nice place to relax for a weekend, amazing pools and hot spring. No English speaker nowhere. The air conditioner was weak during all of our stayed.

This was amazing rest! I recommend everyone stay in the hotel, it’s comfortable, beautiful, and the service is so good I never expected hospitality like this. Also the room is big, clean and cozy, and the restaurant is tasty. The hot spring is relaxing, clean and beautiful environment. High recommend 🙌
