前台Nancy服務熱情細心，會根據我的需求推薦合適的房型，得知我第一次來博鰲遊玩，很細心的為我介紹周邊的旅遊景點和美食攻略😊住店期間，她響應及時高效👍🏻無論是辦入住還是退房手續還是住店期間提出的其他要求，她都能夠迅速響應並高效處理。因第二天要去機場，詢問她怎麼過去方便，要提前多久出門大概多久可以到達機場，她也很快的給我發了動車的班次，協助我預約了第二天的順風車到動車站協助我訂了動車票還貼心的設定了叫醒服務。她的服務細緻入微，讓我在此酒店感受到温暖，入住體驗超級棒👍🏻希望下次還有機會到博鰲遊玩~

房間非常好，酒店給升級了海景房，辦理入住時，酒店派了管家專門大堂門口迎待客人，然後連人帶行李一起給送到房間。酒店坐落於東嶼島，環境非常好，酒店距離博鰲亞洲論壇會議中心非常近，走路就可以到達。
