Hot, airtight, no air conditioning, no hot water. Just a pillow, a black quilt and a few bottles of paid drinks

When I made the reservation, I didn't read carefully that it said no cancellation was allowed. I went to the store and saw that there were spider webs in the corner of the room. The lady at the front desk saw it and asked to check out. The boss didn't give a refund but only offered a room change service. I almost said that it was the last one according to the platform's regulations. If the platform refunds the money, be careful if the store does not refund the money.
