Economical option with very convenient location to the town center, nice staff, clean room and big kitchen

Good location, quite basic room but also a lot cheaper than other places in Queenstown.

The staff here are superrr nice and supportive. The wooden bunk bed stands firmly and doesn't make a loud sound when I climb up or down, which is nice. Central location and walking distance to the supermarket. A well equipped kitchen definitely is a bonus

Near the bus station and the center, very convenient for travel.

There were footprints on the floor above, the floor was noisy, and the shower was broken, so it didn't feel very clean.

The location is convenient, the kitchen is well-equipped, and it is convenient to catch the morning bus. It is also not far from famous attractions and can be reached on foot. Many restaurants and bars nearby. The environment of the mixed quadruple room is not very good, the smell is unpleasant, the roommate only came back to sleep at two or three o'clock in the morning, and kept opening the door to look for things in the middle, the tenant played very noisy until late at night, but no one stopped it, so he couldn't sleep well. Female staff service is average.

The location is very convenient as it is in the city center. Although the facilities are old, it feels like they are trying to maintain them well. The stairs and the four-person room are narrow and frustrating. One of the two kitchens is difficult to use. The refrigerator is broken. It was not crowded when I used it, but there are two sinks, so it may not be enough. The frying pan is very old and worn out.

The staff were friendly, but it was cold, noisy, and a bit uncomfortable. The location was close to downtown Quinta and close to the bus station, so it was easy to get around. If you're just going to sleep, it's good value for money.

Nice hotel, good location, you can make friends from all over the world, independent space, you can cook your own food in the kitchen, the laundry is also very good, suitable for solo traveler

Fantastic location - just a 5 minute walk into town! We had the 1 bedroom apartment, which was spacious, tidy and clean. We really liked having our own private balcony as well. Great value for money. It was nice not having to bring our own towels or bedding. Dave on reception was very friendly and helpful. We also didn't have any trouble with noise. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff friendly and communicative. After hours check-in no prob. Street parking limited (tho maybe better not on a Fri eve / when the street construction done). Centrally located to bars/restaurants. The place itself feels a bit run down and unloved and while the linens were clean the carpets/baseboards were not. Kitchens and bathrooms fine. Vibe a bit fratt/party kids, tho reasonably quiet and no misbehaving. Overall, perfectly fine and adequate, run-of-the mill hostel. Gets job done.
