This hotel has a great reef but is seen better days. It needs to get revamped. It has one of the best reefs in the Maldives so you have to cope with all the faults of the hotel. I booked the all-inclusive for $137 a night plus 26% tax and service charge. Don't come in May All you get is rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain rain. The food was okay. They put me on the second floor and I had an ocean view. Good thing about this hotel is that they have a washing package. If you stay less than four nights I think it's $22 and they'll wash everything that you own. If you stay four to seven days I believe I spent $32 for their laundry package which is unlimited laundry. Their drinks are okay nothing named brand. If you're on the all-inclusive and you want carlsberg then they have to put it in your room because they just serve beer on tap that's lion. I would stay there again because of the reef but the hotel is absolutely nothing special.

Very nice resort island, with personnel always ready to help and always there for you. Food is impressive and various plates are served. The bars are serving very good cocktails and in the evenings there are good entertainment programs. The minus I would highlight is the activities offered, different kind of trips on the sea, but if not enough subscribers, excursion is cancelled or it can become a private one for a very high price. Also as e negative feature, the convenience store displays shameless prices, really offensive; I would understand these commercial excesses for unnecessary merchandise, but when you put a price of 50 dollars on a small bottle of sunscreen, is obvious they just want to rip off tourists.

This is the twelfth time I have been to Maldives. The biggest highlight of this island is that the food is very delicious. The hotel buffet has a variety of main dishes every day. In the eight days we stayed, there was seafood barbecue one day, steak one day, hot cabbage beef one day, Turkish kebab meat sandwich one day, etc. Anyway, they are all delicious, especially the variety of Western pastries and fruits, which are always changing. Every day, there are fried pasta and salads on the spot, which are very delicious! The hotel water house has a disadvantage that there is no stairs to go into the water (so I suggest not using the water house) because the sea view beach house has stairs at the door to go into the sea, so you can go into the sea to see fish anytime and anywhere, which is very convenient. In addition, the hotel beach is not good, but the diving is great. You can see a lot of fish wherever you go into the water. In addition, the hotel front desk manager is very enthusiastic and attentive. When we proposed to go to the island on the first day, due to the hotel's poor arrangement, we wasted six hours waiting in vain. The manager sent us a return seaplane to compensate for our time loss. Thank you very much. This hotel is very suitable for a trip of more than ten days. My wife and I like it very much and will go there again next time we have the opportunity!

I was very dissatisfied with this hotel. I notified the hotel of pick-up well in advance (and clearly informed the hotel that I would arrive in Male at 12 o'clock), but when I arrived at the airport, I couldn't find anyone holding a sign to pick me up, so I had to go to the E3 counter to find a staff member. Then I was told that because he had to pick up two other guests who arrived in Male at 15:00, it would take 15:30 to arrange for us to take the boat to the island. In fact, we did not take the boat to the island until 15:50. (I was forced to go to the airport lounge at my own expense. This arrangement is unacceptable. I was asked to wait for 3 and a half hours. At least the hotel should arrange a lounge.) When I arrived on the island, the front desk said that there were only orders on the first day and subsequent orders. The agent has refunded the money and they have not received the money, so I can only stay for one day (further bookings cannot be arranged, even if I took out the hotel confirmation form, they did not recognize it and asked me to find the agent). They were anxious to ask me to pay US$420 for the boat trip for two people to the island (but my order clearly stated US$404, and they did not approve the order of US$404, so they forced me to pay an extra US$16). After I contacted Ctrip, Ctrip After looking for a hotel, the hotel said it had found the reservation and could check in, but it had already been more than 2 hours before we went to the island (guests who went to the island during the same period got their rooms more than an hour before me). I arrived in Male at 12 o'clock. By the time I got the room, it was already after 19:30 in the evening. Excluding the hour of sailing, I wasted more than 6 hours waiting and checking in. I am very dissatisfied with the service of this hotel, so I leave a negative review. I hope everyone will not be fooled again and suffer the same experience as me. This is terrible! And the scariest thing is that after we got the room, there was a door in the room that could be opened directly to enter the room where there were already guests nearby. After we asked, their staff closed the door in another room. In case we didn't find it, we thought it was the toilet door. If we open it, what should other guests do? What should they do if they say something is missing? In short, I think the management of this hotel is very chaotic and it is not worth staying.

The ecological environment is very good, the diving environment is amazing, except for the front desk, other staff are very good, the room is simple but also very comfortable

We are having a wonderful and unforgettable vacation at Ellaidhoo Maldives by Cinnamon! The staff are incredibly kind, cheerful, and friendly, ensuring a fantastic stay in the Maldives. It's easy to see that there's a dedicated team behind the excellent service, super clean rooms, and delicious food. A special thanks to Chef Vipula for his hospitality, care, and for making such tasty dishes; we will never forget his Sri Lankan Hopper . Everything is well organized, credit to the entire team! We are very impressed by the spectacular views, crystal-clear ocean, and vibrant marine life. Our romantic dinner on the beach under the starlight was a once-in-a-lifetime experience and definitely worth paying for All Inclusive Plus.

Our time at Ellaidhoo Maldives by Cinnamon was truly remarkable, blending luxurious accommodations with exceptional service to make it one of the most unforgettable vacations I've ever had. We were lucky enough to stay in both the Beach Bungalows and Water Bungalows, adding an extra touch of luxury to our experience. The beautiful setting, outstanding staff, and delicious food all exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the wonderful manager Gehani, whose knowledge of the resort's focus on marine conservation and sustainability impressed us. She set the perfect tone for our holiday, along with the excellent customer service provided by Ubaid at reception. We were also grateful for Adam's attention to detail in maintaining our rooms and Aalif's exceptional service as a waiter. Shareef at the à la carte restaurant and Nazeer at the bar also ensured our dining experiences were exceptional. Overall, our stay at this stunning resort, with its kind and professional staff, was a perfect 10 out of 10. I highly recommend Ellaidhoo Maldives by Cinnamon to anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway in the Maldives. The beautiful coral reefs, outstanding service, and relaxing atmosphere make it a top choice for a memorable vacation.

Amazing holiday with our 2 yrs hold toddler! We planned this family trip thinking "let's get there once in a lifetime" and now we hope to go back soon. We landed in Malè in a stormy day and the speedboat connection had been a challenging experience even for those like me who do not suffer seasickness at all. As the weather conditions are unpredictable when making the reservation, at least during the rainy season I'd totally recommend the seaplane choice. During our transfer to Ellaidhoo one of our luggages got totally weat due to the high waves and the resort took care of this small issue offering a complementary laundry service. In general, Ellaidhoo exceeded our expectations and we absolutely recommend this place. From the amazing reef and the wide range of sea life available nearby the island (we had chosen this place for that and we were not disappointed), to the morning breakfast and the bear shaped pancake that the lovely Sanjeewa prepared daily for our baby, to all the meals (great choice both at the buffet and a la carte restaurant) and the cocktails we had the chance to taste at the main bar, and last but not least to how our room was tidied up twice a day by Anees. A special thanks to those who took care of us, in particular to Iqbaal, Shareef, Nazeer, Jesica and Naif. All of them have been great expecially with our baby that still mention them time to time Thank you all for making our stay unforgettable!

The best experience you can have its at this hotel ! The staff its very polite. The best team you can have to honor your requests are Jesica, Nazeer, Madwa and Chandna. The entire staff will serve you, they are cleaning the room twice per day, the Food its very good. You must try the seafood here. Its brilliant !

Great reef with many colourful fish, sharks, turtles and rays. Very nice,small island. Everything very clean. Our room was cleaned twice a day by Rameez, who did a very good job. Nice drinks served at two bars. Enough sun beds, good spa with massages.

What can I say? It was perfectly beautiful!! The island has the most stunning views and the best perfect place to go to relax. It has a diving centre for you, a soviner shop that also caters for your personal needs too. Four gorgeous restaurants,infinity pool and the most friendliest staff! This place is 100% the best!

I want to say my biggest thanks to all the hotel staff, especially to Aalif, Nazeer, Jessica and Madwa for their hospitality and kindness! They made my staying in the hotel amazing and unforgettable! Thank you so much!I really hope to get back someday.
