We had an exceptional experience at this restaurant! The food was exquisite, with each dish perfectly crafted and full of flavor. The cocktails were equally impressive, offering a creative and delightful selection that complemented the meal perfectly. Very nice hotel for the price. Clean, comfortable, modern. Great staff, including the reception people who speak English (as well as Spanish, of course). Rooms are tidy and convenient. Rooftop deck offers great views (and a fun space to hang out in during a lightning storm). Staff is friendly and efficient. I would stay there again. One thing to keep in mind, it's not easy to find apparently. Our taxi driver got very lost and we had to use my cell phone to help direct him. When you reserve, if you're planning to use a taxi, you may want to message the hotel to ask them to send you an email explaining how to get there, something you can hand to the driver. Good brew pubs next door. Very quiet area considering it's a short walk to the financial district and Parque Carolina.

We are leaving for other parts of the country today but really enjoyed my 4 nights here. Mainly local business people - I didn't see any tourists at hotel. But very comfortable - rooms are small but good wifi, lots of outlets, and plenty of hot water. Located about 1/2 hour taxi ride from Ciudad Historico and walking distance to Mariscal. Good breakfast provided each morning. Adrian at front desk was kind enough to get a driver for us for a couple of days to leave the city. They do have a small gym as well. I hope the next places we stay in Banos, Cuenca, and Guayaquil are as nice as this.

Got upgraded to a suite, huge room with big, beautiful bathroom with the best shower ever. nice location and not too far from main attractions, Breakfast does not have many options so that was little disappointed other than our stay was very comfortable. Excellent customer service.

The room was a mini-suit with modern and well-equipped kitchen, bar, small table, a mini-office area with desk and booker. The room was very comfortable, the room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. The bathroom in perfect conditions and the cleaning of 10. The only one I could have against is the location as it is not so central but at the same time it was perfect for me because I wanted to be near the House of Culture (for a concert). It is also close to walking from a Megamaxi, several restaurants and a very nice old cinema. I would certainly be back home here I was glad, even though I stayed away from other places because for the price, attention and comfort it is worth it.

High quality hotel with grand look to interior. Nice facilities; the indoor pool was decent size and warm. Cute little outside pool is joined to it for nice weather. Good size gym. Bar area is smart and comfortable. Enjoyable bar menu. Mega pizza. Restaurant nearby. Breakfast room smart and well laid out. Excellent selection of continental options alongside cooked food made to order at the kitchen. Lots to fill you up on a day out. Room was nice and big. Do miss a carpet in a room like this but it is well styled and has all you need. Bed massive with good solid mattress. Took me a while to workout the black out blind control as there are no traditional curtains. Clean big bathroom with two basins and good size walk in shower. Easy to use safe and quality coffee making facilities. Good location for a few restaurants and spotted a bar too. Supermarket up the road. Some rooms have nice views of the surrounding hills. Finally pleasant staff who are always there to help. Bar staff were great.

I highly recommend staying at the NH Quito hotel. The service is excellent and the food is of very good quality. Dinner-Chef Jonnathan personally serves guests at their table and all three meals during the week were excellent. The dedication and hard work of the entire staff is evident in the effort they put into making guests feel at home. The pillows are great and the room service is also very good.

First of all, the Hilton Colon - like most Hiltons outside the U.S. - is far superior to equivalent Hilton properties in the States. Relatively clean rooms (no stray hairs anywhere!), comfortable bed, great shower water pressure, clean towels, nice and cozy executive lounge, etc. The room, and the property in general, is dated but things mostly work as they should. In the Southwest facing ”executive” king room, and in the executive lounge, the views of the city are spectacular. Unfortunately, the ”free” breakfast buffet is slop, with the most atrocious coffee in Quito. The exception is the made-to-order egg station and the nice gentleman who expertly cooks them. Bring your own coffee from one of the countless cafes nearby and then order just the eggs and some toast. Or, better yet, get an authentic Ecuadorian breakfast elsewhere for just a few dollars. There was extensive road construction going on during my stay on Avenida Patria, which is the main road adjacent to the South side of the property. Very loud during the day, and bright spot-lights aimed at the hotel were left on during the night for some perplexing reason. Not the hotel's fault, of course - just something to be aware of if planning to stay here in the near future. Lastly, the front desk receptionists at this hotel reminded me of the female customs agents at Quito airport. Not friendly for sure, and rather stern. On the other hand, many other staff members, housekeeping in particular, were kind and helpful. Would I stay here again? I think so, once the road construction is completed.

The room was also said in the past, but the level of facilities was too low. Especially the quality of the bed and the bedding were old and uncomfortable, which was very important for travelers. The overall style is distinctive, but for underdeveloped areas and countries, this personalized residential house still needs to remind travelers to consider carefully. Moreover, in terms of cost performance, it is not very cost-effective. Several service lads are very good and very intimate. Must give them a thumbs up?

My wife and I always stay overnight at the Wyndham when we arrive on a late flight to Quito after our travels. We live fairly close-by but we feel like we are extending our vacation for another night when we stay here. The hotel is beautiful and everyone we come into contact with is very nice and provides impeccable service.
