Disgusting. I have never seen a worse hotel. The restaurants are unsanitary—see the photo of an empty table with flies. When food appears, there are many more flies. Cats roam around, sparrows fly around—they eat right off the plates on the table. And in the main restaurant near the reception desk, too. The dishes are poorly washed—there are streaks on the glasses. Stray animals—dogs and a donkey—roam the beach. The security guards don't care. The reception staff are completely incompetent and irresponsible. I reported the locked safe in room 124 four times, but no one did anything about it before we left. You can only connect to Wi-Fi in the reception area, after about 5-10 attempts. And most importantly, a wall is being built near the beach. There is a concrete mixer, hammers banging, machinery driving around, and it smells like exhaust fumes instead of the sea. And on Saturday too.

Stunning location and well set out complex. Spacious rooms which were cleaned daily. All staff friendly and welcoming. Big shout out to waitress Divany always had a warm welcome and a smile on her face. Plenty of space at both pools. Although poolside needs a little updating and repair. Found WiFi worked well in both room and on site, although our room was near the pool. Beach stunning and you can swim in sea but red flag put out when very windy so one to watch. Found food in restaurants good and rotates daily with plenty of choice. Plenty of seating in bars and evening entertainment there if you want to watch the shows. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends and family.

6 minutes drive from the airport. Warm welcome - tourist tax paid and AI wristbands straight on to be welcomed into enjoying the hospitality. It was low season when we went, so the hotel was fairly empty. No rush for sun loungers - you could move to different ones at different times of day as they were plentiful. Beach towels changed as often as you wish, just don’t lose your card. Food was delicious and plentiful with lots of variety. They offered dishes from a different country’s cuisine each night. Plus fresh pizzas (straight from the pizza oven) available at lunch and dinner. Once per week if your stay you can book the a la carte restaurant, which is lovely and feels a bit special. If you get hungry between meals (not sure how) the bars also have snacks - I can’t comment much on this as I didn’t use them. Plenty of choice at the A.I. bars, although I’d have liked another sugar free soft drink option besides Coke Zero. Lots of choices of alcohol. The hotel and beach are clean. The beach is beautiful and nobody harasses you trying to sell things, unlike in some places we have stayed. The sea is changeable so observe the flag system, it’s there for a reason. On a calm day, the sea is wonderful to swim. The pools are also the perfect temperature. The gym is pretty much just weights, no treadmill or any of the usual cardio machines, so I wish I hadn’t bothered packing my running shoes. We liked it so much that two weeks after returning home we have booked to go again.

Very friendly staff, everybody is helpful and smiles all the time. Animation is good and nice shows. Maybe more shows inside the hotel instead of the theatre. Beautiful beach. Hotel is very clean.

Animation team are very good. Particularly Darlene Calsal, Alice & Jason. Facilities are good, but there are several broken deckchairs both round the pool & on the beach. Tables do not get cleared enough & this brings multiple flies, both in the restaurant and at the bar areas. The surf school on the beach never opened in the 10 day that we were here. There is a restaurant on site apart from the buffet, but no one tells you about it. It is very nice with good food, although with a limited menu.

We loved the place, staff and the quietness in and around the hotel. The room where recently renovated and with fantastic seaview from the balcony. Food was great and the restaurant had a lot off space.
