Location is great, property well managed, courteous staff, good indoor games zone, nice deluxe cottage, water pond and stream during monsoon backside of property. Food is good however they have only buffet options with fixed menu.

Our stay was a very pleasant one. I would like to thank the house keeping team for making our anniversary special and the chef for a wonderful cake. I would recommend this property to the people who are looking for a comfortable stay after their hectic routine, the staff will literally take care of everything. It felt like my mother’s home to me. Amazing Stay and Exceptional Service at Novotel Khopoli We had a wonderful weekend stay at Novotel Khopoli. From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. The rooms were comfortable, the customer service was top-notch, and the food was excellent. A special shout-out to Surojit at The Square restaurant for his outstanding service—he truly made our dining experience memorable. One incident, in particular, stood out for us and is something we will never forget. After checking out of the hotel, we realized an hour later that I had forgotten my handbag in the lobby washroom. We immediately contacted the hotel, and Shadbad was quick to respond. He confirmed that they had found the bag and assured us it would be couriered to our residence. Pooja from the housekeeping team went out of her way to arrange the courier quickly. What impressed us most was the hotel's transparency—they proactively informed us about the cash inside the bag and even offered to transfer it to our bank account to ensure the courier could be sent safely without any risk. This level of professionalism and coordination by the entire Novotel team was truly remarkable. We are deeply grateful for their support and exceptional service. A huge thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable and ensured our belongings were returned safely. We highly recommend Novotel Khopoli for anyone looking for an extraordinary hospitality experience.

We had not make any bookings for the New Year's and were looking to have a peaceful getaway closer to Mumbai. Last minute bookings and we had our expectations in check, and that is when we chanced upon NOSTRAVILA. We spoke to them and luckily managed to get the Courtyard Villa with a private pool. Since it was a last minute booking, the prices were a little high but it was fine as we expected the same, it being new years eve! We had a wonderful stay at Nostravila. The villa was comfortable, the staff was very courteous and the food was delightful! The only reason I have given 4 stars and not 5 is for 2 reasons: 1.) The water in the pool was way too cold and hence we could not use it. It will be great if the resort either gives hot water in the pool in winters or else provides temperature control. 2.) The hot water in the bathroom was inconsistent. We complained about it and the housekeeping did try to rectify the same, however the problem persisted and we did not really enjoy the shower due to inconsistent supply of hot water. The resort had also arranged for a new year' eve buffet + unlimited drinks and we had a nice time. The owners were present at the resort and they were personally interacting with the guests and were soft spoken and humble which is always a warm sign. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and we will definitely be returning to Nostravila again in the future.

Amazing and delicious food. Wonderful Ambience. Great service and very polite staff. Nachos supreme and rose milkshake are must try. kids play area has a lot of options which gives good entertainment for kids ***** with great food. Overall it was a really great experience.

Very well maintained facility. Cottages are neat and clean. Location: all rooms are lake facing, lake is less than 50m away from rooms. Food: homely food, cook is very humble and prepare as per your choice/taste. Staff is very cooperative and ready all the time at your service. My family enjoyed boating from parking area to cottages. Very peaceful place to enjoy with family and friends.

Beautiful lush green property and amazing hospitality. We were here with our family and they made us feel like home. All the staff members were very helpful and polite throughout our stay. Kudos to the chef as food was amazing. If you have our own vehicle then white sand kashid beach is just a few km away (avoid on weekends. But if you don't want to then their pool is clean and cozy to take a dip. They have indoor games options of carrom, chess and pool table. Definitely visiting again with my family. Thank you.
