The place to be if you need to stay close to the airport. Friendly staff, very good food, affordable drinks and the most lovely shuttle driver. Nice outside area. A hotel to recommend! Only criticism: as European, I am not used to have plastic packages (jam, sirup, coffee cups, honey) at the breakfast buffet. But quality of food was good. Especially the freshly made omelettes were delicious!

Everyone was excellent, going above and beyond! From the front desk,Sarah, Kevin to shuttle drivers, bar staff, restaurant host and servers as well as breakfast. Everyone was so professional patient understanding knowledgeable. The rooms were very comfortable and clean if I could give 10 stars instead of a five star rating I would.

This Embassy Suites is welcoming to guests, and Joan at the front desk is genuinely knowledgeable and helpful every time we stay here. This trip was a bit different for us in that I was using a wheelchair, and I had 2 friends/coworkers assisting me. Joan greeted me, checked to make sure the suite was the best choice, and that housekeeping left extra supplies (towels, washcloths, etc) and snacks in order to minimize trips to the lobby. In the course of our trip, we left the hotel, and came back in late in the evening. Joan waited at the front desk until we got back to the hotel. She introduced us to her replacement before she left her shift. The hotel, itself, is clean and well-designed, with free parking and nice amenities. We very much recommend it.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. All of the employees went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. A young lady at the lounge was very wonderful with our granddaughter and, and the food was awesome, both what we ordered at the grill and breakfast. Jean at the front desk was very informative and friendly. Everyone was wonderful. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay here again.

Embassy Suites is my favorite brand and the Brier Creek location is excellent. Sarah and Bill are great representatives. The call to the hotel to request the shuttle is simple; the wait is short as is the ride. It’s a beautiful hotel with great facilities.

The hotel is fantastic. Very clean the food and manger’s reception was great. Bill and Sarah we great and really made the stay better with there personal service and attention to detail. Would highly recommended this hotel in the future and if I ever find myself in the area again I’ll be sure to stop.

This Embassy Suites has it dialed in! We were there for a training conference and took advantage of the convention facilities as well as stayed in the amazing rooms. Our every need was looked after for our training sessions and our rooms were spotless, modern and very comfortable. Of special note was how quiet the hotel rooms were. One of the best nights of sleep I have had “on the road” for as long as I can remember. One of the best Embassy Suites in the Hilton system! Bar none!

Shuttle service was great, Bill had great conversation. Modern decor and large nice room are some of the key features that stand out. Breakfast was delicious as is with all embassy suites. Our group felt very welcome while visiting this hotel.

Bill was the best! He took me to target on the side of shuttles to the airport! Thanks for everything, Bill! Can’t recommend you enough! Rooms were great and had nice space. Front desk was extremely nice and helpful to myself and business associates. Loved my stay.
