Bon hotel, personnel charmant. La chambre privilège était propre, calme, et bien isolée.

Un hôtel très bien placé et joliment décoré. Équipe aimable et serviable. La chambre « vu château » du deuxième n’a pas vraiment de visibilité sur le château, du fait des arbres du parc (cf photo).

Hotel idealement situé au centre ville de Rambouillet et à proximité de toutes les commodités. Chambre spacieuse et très propre. Malgré une arrivée tardive, le restaurant à accepter de nous servir. Equipe à l’écoute. Je recommande.

Très bel hôtel, belle chambre, par contre le charme est rompu quand on pénètre dans la salle de bain très sombre et une ampoule de grillée ,pas de technicien dans l hôtel pour intervenir. Deux distributeurs à savon très peu remplis pour cheveux et corps aucun produit d hygiène ni accessoire contrairement aux photos nous demandons à l hôtesse qui nous répond que c est uniquement pour les chambres privilège. Pour ce faire un café obliger de se mettre à quatre pattes car le fil coincé derrière le réfrigérateur qu il faut bouger pour débloquer ce fil. Le petit déjeuner est très bien.

The staff was accommodating and friendly. Our room was clean, quiet and spacious, with a bathtub and a mini fridge. We found cheap parking on a street nearby. Close to shops and restaurants. We didn't get breakfast at the hotel, there are plenty of options around. An excellent stay. I missed a coffee machine in the room to make our stay perfect. Warmly recommend and will return.

A good looking hotel at a reasonable price. Takes pets and in a great little town. Some lovely independent shops and eateries so a good place to lay your head. Didn’t eat here (poor reviews) as loads in the area but definitely would stay again. Saturday market in the summer opposite the hotel. To be recommended especially after our return experience NR Calais!

This experience was not a bad one, but also wasn’t great. The front of house staff were very nice but there was only one on-duty at once so checking in and out moved slowly. In the evening the bar staff seemed to be having some internal problems which might’ve been why we didn’t get any service. Finally, the breakfast options were a little bare, the fruit wasn’t ripe and it seemed like a free for all when going up to get food.

Hotel is lovely but don’t buy the breakfast unless you get to it early. When we arrived, well within the opening time, most had gone. No fruit, baguette or croissants. Management just shrugged and said they were sorry. Euro 19 wasted on a coffee

the director of the hotel failed miserably in providing adequate customer service and support. The fact that the director didn't care about what we had to say and didn't care about his guests is downright unacceptable. It shows a lack of professionalism and a complete disregard for the importance of customer satisfaction. It's clear that this hotel is not committed to providing a positive experience for its guests, especially for business travelers who expect a certain level of comfort and convenience during their stay. I would strongly advise you to avoid this hotel in the future and to share your negative experience with others to prevent them from having to endure the same poor treatment.

This hotel is right next to the Rambouillet chateau and gardens. It would be a great address if service was more professional. Check-in takes far too long and the reception area needs a rethink, as guests going from their rooms to the exit have to wade through arriving customers' bags and cases, which is quite unsafe. We wanted to have breakfast but there was a long queue of guests waiting to be served and staff clearly didn't know how to handle the situation. We went to a nearby cafe for breakfast and there was still a queue when we came back. So if you do book here, don't pre-pay breakfast as you might nit get it.

We had a nice stay in a Junior suite. Since we had our baby with us, it was a good idea to pay the small difference in price to have more space. Everything worked out ok. The sheets, towels and bathroom were clean. However, there were some old, easily removable stains, for example on wardrobe doors which made the room appear a bit dirty. The baby bed installed in our room was however so dirty that we didn’t want to use it and used our own instead. Breakfast was ok, I would have hoped some vegetables and hard cheese with bread, but appart from that it was ok. Staff was polite. We got a discount when booking the room, if we had paid the full price, I would have found the price-quality ratio a bit worse.

1 nuit en famille dans une junior suite Chambre spacieuse, confortable, propre, calme et dotée d'une excellente literie. MAIS: . première arrivée dans la chambre vers 20h00: le lit de la troisième personne n'était pas prêt de même que ses affaires de salle de bain. Si nous n'étions pas passé déposer nos affaires, nous aurions trouvé la chambre avec seulement un lit pour deux en pleine nuit!!! . deuxième arrivée très tardive (nous étions à un mariage) vers 3h00 du matin: la porte de la chambre était ouverte, comme après un cambriolage!!!!. Bref, cela aurait pu être parfait mais cela fait beaucoup de problèmes de service pour quelques heures sur place...
