Property location is good but there is overall deterioration and not worth the 10k per room per night we paid. We didn't get the sea view villa we paid extra for. Maintenance is poor overall worth deterioration in walls furniture and bathrooms. The front office and housekeeping staff try but they are understaffed and underequipped. There is only one operational cart to go the long distances between rooms and dining or reception which takes upto 20 minutes to come (or sometimes doesn't show up at all. Dining service was not good on first day - fresh lime soda ordered at the beginning was delivered after main course -took 40 minutes. Similarly both evenings we wanted grilled broccoli but first day they didn't serve as it was burnt and second day on escalation the executive chef said he didn't get the right sized broccoli.

A nice hotel, with hygiene, look and location. Rooms were spacious plus attached balcony and nice outside view. Food was very tasty, restaurant staff quite courteous and helpful. Breakfast has limited variety, but taste is good. Lift is not available in the hotel. Overall stay nice.

Calm place with beautiful forest atmosphere and private balcony, we came from tn. Stayed here with my grandfather, parents, husband and son. The hospitality was excellent, breakfast was awesome too. Kids friendly restaurant, and 24 hrs hot water. The rooms were clean and tidy. Perfect for peaceful stay and scenic attractions!

It's a great place tucked inside forest like area. About 15mins drive from city center. The resort is spread over a large area, full of trees and provides for a quiet ambience amid nature. Rooms are clean, comfortable and have balconies offering a view of the forest. Restaurant serves good and reasonable food But is only thali (Fish/Chicken/Veg) and needs to be ordered an hour in advance. The staff is super good - very polite and ever ready to take care of any of your requests to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable

Simply Awesome Property! Excellent Hospitality.... Amazing Staff.... Delicious Food.... Wonderful Ambience.... Complete Hygienic and Clean.... Must Visit Place.... Couldn't resist myself to share the top class feedback about this Jungle Resort....Every staff is supportive, Property is huge yet well maintained, lot of indoor games, lush green lawns, pet friendly, lake within property, jumbo swimming pool etc. etc.....I recommend to everyone to visit this place, I am going to visit very frequently for sure!! Special Thanks to Mr. Amol Kulkarni (GM) for all the cooperation and excellent services being offered to us during our stay including food, special arrangement of local folk dance, Diwali crackers, Diwali Farahal, Night Safari and many more🙏🙏🙏 My Ratings: 10/10

Mesmerising view everywhere where your eyes goes and turns it lake on one side pool on other side then beautiful landscape on one side adorable cottages on other side yours eyes will always getting a enchanting views all over…. I had been here with a big family get together with a huge number of people .. staff here organized everything so well right strat from the warm welcoming warm checking escorting to the rooms and wonderful cottages they were very much helpful and catering with each and avery need.. Restaurants you will forgot your home made food Amazing and delicious food bieng foody i found right from the buffet layout till the last dessert service everything was well managed and organize that each and every person had enjoyed the meal from hot rotis till hot gulab jamun this place is blessed with good and tasty delicious mouth watering food and hygenic another level ….. Ample space for kids youth and old people to play enjoy chill superb maintained and clean . I will sure to visit here again.. and suggest you all to do visit its a heart of konkan very budget friendly you will get luxurious treatment in you budget… Room are so neat so clean so maintained end so hygenic no body can beat it …. Highly recommend for family friends wedding corporate’s couple small gathering big gathering destination wedding getaways… A PLACE NEVER FORGOT SO BEAUTIFUL SO ELEGANT JUST WOW… Staffs name also i remember Omkar , Sunil, Babu, mohite , sandeep chefs , basit mama, amazing service staff at restaurants… thank you all for taking amazing care and given us so beautifull memories …
