Wir waren für 1 Nacht in der Villa Noctis in Ravenna- es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in der Altstadt, was perfekt ist, um diese zu erkunden ( aber trotzdem ruhig). Das Beste ist der hauseigene Parkplatz im Innenhof, man muss nicht erst ein Parkhaus suchen und dann alles zur Unterkunft tragen. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und sehr nett, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind sauber, alles da, was man benötigt. Wenn man möchte, kann man gegen Aufpreis dort frühstücken, haben wir so gemacht. Man kreuzt am Vortag an, was man gerne haben möchte, die Auswahl ist groß, wir haben uns für Croissants, Prosciutto cotto e crudo, Käse und Marmelade, Brot, Kaffee und Kuchen entschieden, alles sehr lecker. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, ein ruhige Oase im quirligen Ravenna. Grazie per tutto :-)

This is a lovely little B&B in the quaint Village of Ravenna. The room was nice and clean with all the amenities that satisfied our needs. The staff is exceedingly kind and helpful, Michael picked us up the the Venice airport for a fee considerably less than the prices quoted from the transport firms in Venice. They made dinner reservations for us, and they offer some great wines at reasonable prices. Linda always went out of her way to help make us feel at home. Just a great place with a superb staff. If you're going to Ravenna, we recommend this property!

This little place was simply magical! Our host was so accommodating, and he even drove us to the airport for a reasonable charge. The entrance to the hotel is private on a beautiful, quiet street just steps away from the market and many restaurants and shops. Our room was so spacious and very clean! Many wines and breakfast available on site. Would definitely stay again!

Ottima sistemazione per visitare Ravenna e i suoi capolavori. La posizione è invidiabile, si trova in centro e le principali attrazioni sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Importante la presenza del parcheggio interno, è a pagamento, ma viene fornito il pass per accedere tranquillamente alla zona ZTL. La nostra camera era spaziosa e dotata di tutti i confort. Personale molto disponibile e organizzato: all' arrivo ci hanno fornito depliant informativi e la mappa della città con indicata la posizione dell' edificio, i monumenti e addirittura alcuni ristoranti dove assaggiare piatti tipici del posto. C'è la possibilità di ordinare la colazione pagando un supplemento, ma non ne abbiamo usufruito

Foram três dias muito agradáveis. Local muito charmoso dentro do centro histórico, a duas quadras de edifícios bizantinos do séc V, muito bem conservados. Os quartos muito bem decorados e bem cuidados. A equipe foi primorosa, o sr. Massimiano e seu filho Michelli gentilíssimos. Vão deixar saudades. Ótimos restaurantes romagnolos perto. O café da manhã no hotel foi preparado com muito capricho. Uma delícia! Voltaremos sem dúvida!

No centro histórico de Ravenna, Villa Noctis é perfeita para se desfrutar as belezas culturais e artes dessa cidade. Além da comodidade do alojamento, com estacionamento próprio e café da manhã dos sonhos, tivemos a atenção, a cordialidade e a orientação dos senhores Massimo e Michelli. Nos sentimos em um lar.

Una bomboniera. Bello, accogliente, ben arredato, pulito e con ogni confort (asciugacapelli, frigobar, bollitore con tè e tisane, aerea fumatori al piano). Personale gentilissimo. Colazione a 11 €, come in un vero hotel. Ottima location nel centro storico di Ravenna. Assolutamente consigliato.

Prima volta a Ravenna e questo posto è stato una piacevole sorpresa. A pochi passi dal centro storico. Abbiamo percepito subito un'atmosfera di cortesia. Ambiente raffinato, camera molto curata e silenziosa. Colazione ottima, Consigliatissimo.

Difficile trovare di meglio: struttura di charme in pieno centro Ravenna. Poche camere molto curate anche nei particolari, pulizia ineccepibile, accoglienza ottima, posto auto interno, colazione internazionale ben dosata evitando inutili sprechi ma al contempo completa. In pratica, tutto eccellente: sicuramente da provare per i nuovi clienti e ritornare per chi ci è già stato: grazie per la vostra ospitalità.
